The room was well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable, while the bathroom was spacious and clean. The hotel is situated perfectly with convenient parking. The staff was very friendly.

Breakfast was rather disappointing, with not much to choose from and refilling being an issue. We arrived for breakfast at 9 am (breakfast was until 10 am) and already the fried eggs were cold and stuck to the bottom of the tray they were in, while the pastry was dried out and hard as a rock.

Look...We wanted a relaxing stay and we like business hotels. This ticks the boxes. Very comfy bed. Very clean. Very friendly and efficient staff. We had a couple of problems which were sorted out quickly and professionally. Decent breakfast. The hotel is very central. Would recommend it and we would definitely stay here again.

Previous reviews have highlighted the funny smell in the corridors. Still there but it doesn't come into the rooms and lets face it, how long are you going to spend in the corridors anyway? Is this hotel a little overpriced? Hotel prices in this region have gone up considerably in the last few years...Sometimes I think a little too much...It's a tough one.

The location, room…

One night we could hear music from downstairs, probably it was coming from the casino. That night some drunk guests kept us also awake. Some people just don’t have manners. Also one of the receptionist was not the most friendly, she was there as if annoyed sitting there. But I think its just the sort of mentality of the people in Slovakia. In general in Komarno they still have to learn to be more hospitable and friendly to the guests.

Great location in walking distance of the town center. Good breakfast and very comfortable room.

The reception staff were not friendly or flexible. I arrived 40 minutes before checkin time. Although my room was ready, the cold-faced woman at reception made me wait until the “official check-in time”, as she put it. Reception staff was consistently unfriendly and borderline rude.

- The location is close to the center, about 5 minutes walk - The breakfast was tasty - Spacious, clean room - There is free parking in front of the hotel - Although there is a casino on the ground floor, I didn't feel that at all. The hotel is very quiet. - The shower products in the bathroom are from Rituals

A fairly standard large modern hotel, reasonably priced and centrally located. Secure bike parking in the basement.

On check-in the receptionist recommended to order freshly cooked eggs, etc, to be cooked by the chefs, that this service was in addition to the buffet and was provided at no extra charge. However, in the morning the breakfast staff said that this was not a service and only buffet food could be had.

Room was clean / modern / large with nice lighting. All coffee / tea / water provided. Even has kitchenette and microwave / fridge. Bathroom, shower was amazing and all products provided.

Not in the best part of town but very close to the old town / courtyard of Europe. Casino is downstairs so lots of casino customers (but no noise into room) and parking isn’t plentiful, slight free for for all.

Polite staff, comfortable and modern looking room, own parking (14 places in front of the hotel), very good WiFi, very good even modest breakfast, peaceful place for sleeping.

When we discovered we had left our travel plug at the previous hotel, the receptionist was exceptional in directing us to a shop that sold travel plugs. It was a 25 minute walk away in the rain however, one does what one must to be able to charge technology for global connection. Yay! Loaned us umbrella's which was fantastic. Breakfast was lovely.

Clean and modern. Hotel personal is professional and friendly. Price/service ratio is perfectly in balance! Bed and shower are good! 2 minutes walking from town centre!

Quality of breakfast must be improved in my opinion. Radio in the corridors is absolutely not necessary and just makes additional noise.( it’s great that it can’t be heard from the room).
