Clean, modern, nice room, comfy beds, very kind staff. Nice wellness area. Children free so calm and silent.

Small annoying details: - check in requires personal data that is usually not asked at hotels, i.e.: mother’s name, birthday and birth location.. - you get a magnet card and a physical key, yet you cannot enter the hotel building unless someone from the reception personally comes and opens the door - they ask you not to adjust any settings on the AC, not even temperature. Only on/off allowed - they don’t provide shoes for the wellness area, you can buy them for 900 huf - the taps are connected vice-versa, the blue is warm, the red is cold

My mom and I had a delightful stay in one of the hotel’s two-bedroom apartments. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and the fantastic location. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and were incredibly accommodating throughout our entire stay. One of the highlights was the serene wellness area, which we were able to enjoy without the crowds due to the fewer number of guests during our visit. Overall, our experience was exceptional, and we highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, well-located accommodation with incredibly friendly staff!

The only minor downside was the noise from a nearby bar on weekend nights, which disrupted our sleep. However, the attentive staff quickly addressed our concerns when we mentioned it at the reception, demonstrating their commitment to ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests.

We liked the breakfest and welness that hotel has to offer. hotel is very close to city center and all the important things to see in the city.

Welness is open until 8pm only so we had to plan our daily activities if we wanted to make it to hotel in time to be able to enjoy welness. We would like if it is open a bit later in the evening, something like 10-11 PM

The room layout was perfect, with the kitchen, desk and living area downstairs, and the bed and bath upstairs. The dormer windows upstairs were lovely for listening to rain while we slept, and being able to pop them open for fresh air and a beautiful view across town. The bathroom was wonderful, with a huge bathtub big enough to fit both of us. I got a 90 minute spa treatment that was great, and very affordable.

The mattress was very hard with almost no cushion. The showers in the spa area had poor drainage and no soap.

I didn t have 24hours a day hot water at shower Wc s light wasn t working No elevator! Some rooms are on 2nd floor. Of course the staff offers to help, but , for sure , i couldn t permit a young slim girl carry my 18kg suitcase. So i dit it myself!

A hotel that I have been to several times and I like it. The rooms are special. Satisfactory breakfast.Underground parking.

Last time I had a problem with the cleanliness of the bathroom that was not resolved even after intervention at the reception.

I had a D1 apartment, where there is no air conditioning in the rooms. It was not possible to ventilate, there was a device near the window that emitted heat and made a terrible noise. We barely managed to sleep

The ambiance was very cosy. The style of the hotel is so modern and beautyful. The staff was extremly kind and helpful! They made us feel like we are at home with our relatives! You can find everything you need during breakfast and we have got a nice, clean,comfortable room wich was so styleish and we even had a balcony with flowers outside. Was so good to wake up for the view! My girlfriend had birthday that time, and they helped me to prepare the dining table with flowers for the occasion! We had a lovely Time! They made IT unforgettable!

Centrally located beautiful hotel. The room is comfortable. The wellness facility is great. The staff is kind. The garden is lovely. Good value for money.
