Very good location, very close to the city center, city mall, small shops, bakery, quiet street, very large room and space, small court for laptop work, small beautiful inner courtyard, private parking, and very kind staff. I would not like to put this issue to "what didn't you like?" box, but you need to be very careful at the parking place and to watch 360' all the time until you park your car. Otherwise, you can scratch the vehicle as I did on the vehicle door from the pillar which is located in the middle of the parking space. This has nothing to do with the wonderful and kind staff, place and staying, this has to do with the architect who designed the building :) (p.s. I am also an architect, and I immediately identified the design mistake)

After one year, it is my second time that im staying at Piacsek Apartments and still it is very good place to stay and comfortable. Parking place was much better and i didn't scratch my car this time :). I wonder, why the personell still didn't learn English language :). I hope next time we will chat more :). This mean that im going to book again this place, and i strongly recommend it.

The apartment was extremely clean, which was especially important to us because we traveled with a baby, the staff was very responsive and respectful and helped us with a baby high chair and a baby cot. The location was very close to the city center and main city attractions but the street it is located on was quiet so the street noise was not a problem. It also offered us a parking space on the property which was a huge advantage because it is very difficult to park in the city center if Pecs. Would definitely book it again, it was very worth the money.

The apartment is located in a historic building in the center of the old city. The building itself is renovated and the apartment is decorated very tastefully. It was very spacious, the bedroom was comfortable - equipped with a closet and two chests of drawers, where you can easily store all your things. The owner took care of the details (blankets, ironing board, iron, clothes dryer, etc.). Contact with the owner was hassle-free. The place is worth recommending, but my advice: book an apartment on a higher floor.

It is a pity that when booking there was no information that the apartment is located on the ground floor facing the street. People were literally walking in front of our windows (the windows started at a height of 1.2 meters, and the width of the 60 cm. sidewalk did not help with privacy). Knowing that this apartment is so situated I would certainly choose another apartment on the first floor. In addition, there was a smell of dampness (fortunately, slightly) from the basement (this is probably an unavoidable thing with the first floors of old houses).

Such a great apartment - comfortable, spacious, clean, has everything you could need during your stay. Location is perfect, just a short walk to the city center, lots od shops and restaurants nearby. An available parking spot was more than welcome - just notify the host in advance to make a reservation, pay on arrival. We will definitely be coming back again.

Extremely spacious apartments, very clean, modernly furnished and equipped with everything you need. Very kind host. Central position but, nevertheless, extremely quiet. A short walk can take you to most tourist attractions, as well as to restaurants or shops. I highly recommend!

Tight parking, access a bit complicated. We had a small incident in the 1st day but Zsolt was extremely understanding and found solutions. Absolutely nothing to complain about accommodation facilities.

Good location,8 min walk to the town centre,just behind the corner of Kiraly street.The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated,excellent communication with the owner,who also recommended us some nice places to have dinner.

One if the best value for money, well-equipment kitchen and bathroom, working air conditioning. Right next to the Main Street of the city. Easy check-out.

The apartment is wonderful and the rooms are well divided. It was like a hotel, maybe even better as there was a chance to wash and cook in a beautiful and equipped kitchen, where everything was shining from cleanness. My husband is hard to please with cleanness and even he was amazed. I loved the bathroom, it has a tub and a shower cabin as well, including a bidet which cannot be found everywhere in Hungary. The inner garden is also great. The staff is very professional and kind. We were with two small children (1.5 and 4-year old), though it would have been great to have a cot, but since that wasn’t an option at booking it wasn’t a surprise. I would just like to recommend it to the owners this option. On the other hand, one of the double beds was an opensble sofa (very comfortable), which only made one side open, so sleeping next to the small one made it safe. Therefore, regardless the missing cot, I’d still recommend it to families, unless they are with a very-very small child.
