Parking on the street in the june during hot summer-underground parking would be nice. The room was missing a kettle, it would have been nice to be able to make some tea/coffe. Several of the bedside lamps were not working. Although access to the spa was included in the price, we were unable to use it — we arrived late in the evening when it was already closed, and unfortunately, it only opens at 2:00 PM, so we couldn’t use it in the morning either. The check-out time of 10:00 AM felt a bit to early.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, all staff was friendly, polite and very helpful. At check in there was a little mix up with our reservation, but the lady at reception was super helpful and very nice. Than later my son had an accident in the pool (he cut his toe a bit) and the lad at reception gave him a proper first aid treatment, he done an amazing job and made sure we are ok, even checked the pool to make sure noone else gets hurt. The hotel itself exceeded our expectations immensely. It looks a bit outdated from outside,but it is nicely refurbished and spacious inside with well equipped rooms. Rooms were big, light, comfortable. Breakfast and dinner was nice too, maybe a bit more 'alternative' options would have been nice and more variety (we had same/similar soup/ main for two days), but it was still nice and plenty. Pool was a bit small for swimming,but great fun for kids and the sauna, steam room was wonderful. All in all we had a wonderful time and would happily go back.

Can't fault the hotel at all, it was way better than expected by the pictures online, nicely refurbished, well equipped (only tiny thing was missing is a kettle, teabags/coffee,sugar, but we managed without,not an issue), proper big fridge which is very handy on hot summer days, nice spacious rooms. Staff was very friendly,helpful even though they were understaffed (two of them running the bar and cleaning the tables at dinner service and breakfast), but still managed to put a smile on and be polite. There could have been a bit more variety of food (vegetarian options) but again not an issue as there is still plenty to choose from. Altogether we had a wonderful stay and would happily go back.

This was our third visit to this hotel, and I must say we were again very pleased and satisfied. We booked a suite again (not a regular room), and it met our expectations. The suite 'living area' is separated from the 'sleeping area' with a wall, so you can sit on a corner sofa and watch TV, and you won't disturb someone who decided to sleep. In the end, I must say that they fulfill our wish and give us bed for babies. For free, of course 😊.

Everything was great and as advertised. Breakfast was lovely with a lot ıf choices, exceeded our expectations. Possible a la carte restaurant for lunch or dinner which was a life saver for Easter where many places were closed. Room was very spacious and location easily reachable downtown. Spa area was small but very well maintained. Spent a lovely evening there. All in all great hotel, great service and amenities for a reasonable price. Do not hesitate

Basically a good choice with free parking available, however located in the suburb. Fortunately several bus line to the city centre. Spacious, clean room. Friendly staff. Breakfast is tolerable, not a high quality one. Pool, sauna, dump. :-)

The Sauna and Jacuzzi are a welcome addition and a good option to have.

Carrying luggage and bags that might be heavy via stairs as there is no other option going from the reception to a part of the new building where the room is allocated.

The hotel absolutely met my expectations. The quadraple room was comfortable with new matresses, size of room more than enough and the number of warbrobes and shelves to keep all your stuff for 4 people was giving us a very good feeling. Staff helpful and enthusiastic, pool area bit small but comfy enough with great saunas. Breakfast is high value, veggies, fruit, quantity rich. Coming back for sure!

The staff was nice and helpful, the breakfast was great and had many options, the wellness was also nice although a bit outdated. The room was big, clean and the beds were comfortable, the location was also pretty good since you have restaurants and a big Tesco close by.

I enjoyed the size of the room, the food, and, the friendliness of the staff, especially at the bar during dinners and breakfasts.

The WiFi was extremely poor in my room. I struggled to do any work during the evenings.
