I have booked Hotel Well for my parents but due some techical issues they offered the accomodation in Hotel Korona since the owner is the same. I personally didn't expect anything exeptional since the Hotel is a 3 star hotel but the hotel exceeded the expectation of my parents. Recepcionist were polite and can speak Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian. Instead of room with three beds they offered a suite with two bedrooms and two balconies. It was really clean and comfortable and it was hot inside. The breakfast was also very nice. Location of the hotel is just across the spa and there is a free parking in front of the hotel too. They allowed them to leave a car on the hotel parking after the check out. For the three star hotel this for sure was a great value for money. Will come to Hotel Well or Hotel Korona again for sure!

Great location within a short walk of the water park and thermal spa in the centre of Harkany. Staff very accommodating with 24 hour reception available for very late check-in and helping answer questions about the local area in English. The inclusive breakfast was simple yet tasty - covering the basics with a range of bread, cereals, cold meats, scrambled eggs, salad vegetables, fruit, juices, dispensed coffees, teas. Room had plenty of room, a balcony with an ok view. Bed was comfy and clean. Plenty of storage space for hanging up clothes and organising. There was a safe (but I didn't use it) and an unstocked mini-fridge which was handy. Bathroom was spacious too. Plenty of off road car parking space. Hotel is just off the main roads surrounding the spa. Public transport hub for buses along with a market and convenience store was just a 10-15 minute walk away.

Very little to complain about! If I had to be very nit-picky, the worst thing was probably just some of the bathroom looked a little tired with small cracks in the basin for example but it was clean and functional. The area immediately around the hotel has a few abandoned hotels which makes it a little unattractive but nothing too bad. Also for English language travellers: staff during my 2 night stay had limited to no ability to communicate in English, however they were patient and we could use translation services on a phone to help.

Great location, very close to both the pools and local restaurants. Nice breakfast. Thre is an option of buying lunch and dinner in the hotel. A balcony is a great advantage. Trevellers who visit Hungary for the first time - remember that air-conditioning is an extra feature not included in the price so you have to ask for a remote control for air-conditioning when you check in and you have to pay (very little) for it.

It was fine as it was.

The hotel is clean, the stuff verry kind and helpfull. It has his private parking that is free of charge and we could left our car there after we checked out. I will come again for shure. Can highly recomend this hotel

Stuff was very pleasant and helpful, location peaceful and there was an elevator in the building. Price was also very afordable.

Poor english speaking abilities. Limited food choices for breakfast. Broken shower doors, no shampoo and no soap holder in the shower. No nightlights for parking place which is also not covered with asphalt, but with rigid stones.

Location is excellent. Very close to spa center. The rooms are clean and have cable television with channels from Hungary, Germany and Croatia. The staff is very friendly and helpful. See you again soon.

Breakfast can be better. But nobody will stay hungry. Maybe breakfast should contain several different foods.

Nice and clean room. Comfortable beds and a nice large terrace. The parking space is free and guarded. Good and varied breakfast. The hotel is located near the promenade and spa. Certainly a good price-quality ratio.

The staff does not speak English. There was no remote for air conditioning in the room (after calling the reception we got it🙂) .For breakfast some plates and cups were not clean enough but they still stood so they could be used.

The room was okay, location was peaceful.

The beds were not that comfortable. Breakfast offer could be better.

Really nice and helpful staff, beautiful hotel room with huge balcony. Our dog was very welcome too.
