The location is great and it is right in front of the thermal spa. Parking is free and breakfast is fine. The room we got was nicely decorated and renovated. However, not all rooms are renovated.
I think the hotel itself needs some content. It works with the atmosphere of a retirement home. A little fun would take everything to a higher level.

Nice hotel with a predominantly older customer base in a thermal spa town. Excellent value for money with half-board. Friendly German-speaking staff. Clean and tidy.
German speaking staff is ok if you speak German like me, but no English speaking staff.

Good value for money. The hotel is right a cross the swimming pool and spa centre, the food was really good and the prices for drinks were more then reasonable. Good place to spend weekend with family

The hotel is just across the street from the entrance to the pools. The stuff is extra helpful and pleasant. Very good breakfast.

The stay at the hotel was pleasant, the location was ideal, the proximity to the Harkany spa. Free parking, the staff was fantastic, the breakfast was good although a little more variety should be introduced, the dinner was good and tasty. Everything was neat and clean, the rooms were warm.
The bed was not very comfortable because the mattresses were too soft.
