The residence is in a quiet section of the city; great location. Just a few minutes away from downtown and from other interesting spots of Pécs. Also walking distance from the railway station. Our room was very comfortable. We forgot to order breakfast with our booking, but the staff was helpful and delivered our breakfast the next morning. Breakfast was plentiful. All in all, we definitely would go back to this residence.

It would be helpful to have someone at the reception, at least part of the day , so they can answer questions, for example, how to order breakfast.

The place is spacious, the room was clean and as in the photos, the service was fast and they were very nice letting us enter a little before the time of check in to leave our belongs. The location is great. Unfortunately we could not use the sauna because it was reserved for the times that would be good for us, I recommend booking the sauna already in the reservation of room.

The sauna is apart from the staying and you need to book it in advance (before your stay) to make sure they will have some spot during the time you’re there.

Very close to the main square, easy access. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. The room was designed to be practical for a small space. The sheets were clean and the view was really nice. 5-10 minute walk from the main attractions/shops.

There was no reception during the weekend, which I didn’t know about so was a bit confused how to get help if we need to, but every time I messaged the property they got back to me quick, so not really an issue either :)

The flat was very clean and modern, the bed was comfortable. The location is ideal as the centre is is only like 15 minutes walk, the only downside is parking could be awkward.

The lack of parking. I didn't mind paying for parking in the near small streets but wasn't always a space i can park my car and had to walk quite a distance sometimes.

The hotel is located a 5-10 min walk away from the beautiful main square, the cathedral and many good cafes and restaurants. The room was very quiet, spacious and clean, breakfast is brought to you each morning, by very lovely people who run the hotel. I did not have the time to experience their spa offers, but it all looked very inviting.

Nothing to complain.

Minsret Residence and Relax in Pecs is a very modern, nicely furbished and pristine clean accommodation near the centre if Pecs. It has everything one needs for a short break , it is very modern and comfortable for a small family of 4 . But what we liked the most that although we arrived rather late in the evening on Sunday out of hours, Peter , the receptionist was very ,very helpful, he liaised d with us by phone about arrival time , gave detailed suggestions on dinning and sights when checking in. All in all he was very friendly and helpful. He knows how to give great customer service .

Can’t complain ! The only tiny thing we missed was a toaster , but was not a big deal.

Great location in the city center, in walking distance from the train station. Very clean and modern interior. Small kitchen and fridge, you can cook as well. WiFi fast and reliable everywhere. Private sauna (infra and finnish) downstairs. Very good for romantic couples with privacy.

Parking could be difficult and you have to pay for it on the street outside. No 24-hr reception. No breakfast and dining area, you have to choose from a menu list the day before and get your breakfast as room service only. For the sauna session, you have to reserve in advance for a 2-hr timeslot and you will be charged extra, it is not included in the room price. I've found the price relatively high without buffet breakfast and without unlimited access to the sauna area. None of the above was problematic for me, but you should know, as it is not always clear from the description here.

The room was modern, clean and spacious. The bed was reasonably comfortable (I prefer a bit softer but it was fine. We had asked for breakfast to be included and the food was decent and plentiful.

The room was heated to a million degrees when we got in (in November) so we had to turn the heat off and open the windows a while to get back to normal temperature. As a minor complaint I would say that soundproofing isn't that good, though I can't tell if I heard people in the hall or in their rooms.

Everything was great. The family apartment is in the attic and the only one on that floor. Two rooms, large living room with dining room, large bathroom. Everything was clean and tidy. In the apartment you have everything you need, modernly decorated. A few minutes' walk from the center. The staff is friendly and always available. Breakfast excellent. The price for the size and location of the apartment is very reasonable. The staff speaks English.

The design is well thought, efficient and refined. A return stay that fit for a restoring visit. Though I didn't take advantage of the spa or breakfast delivery, the touches were refined, keyless entries and rooms efficiency unlocked with room key. Soft and warm bedding, windows that allow light morning and sunset. Smart kitchen for making a meal or a light snack. The water pressure is soft and relaxing, for a spa like shower. The staff speaks both English and Hungarian, so can offer many highlights.

The soap dispensers in the bathroom, released small amounts for a cleanse. Sometimes guests can be heard in the hallways.
