It was very easy to get to the hotel. We were able to come from Vienna very easily by public transport. The hotel has a wonderful view and location right in the forest. Hotel staff were polite and helpful. The hotel was new and nice. The balcony was large and overlooked the beautiful forest view. Also the food we got from the snack bar was very good. The buffet was also good but could have been better. I think the price-performance balance is very good. I would definitely like to come again.

There were small hairs on the sheets. Even though we told them, they were forgotten and not changed. Also, the pool was not completely clean. There was dirt on the edges of the pool. The large pillow was too high and uncomfortable. We had to sleep with a smaller size pillow.

It is a cozy and clean space, perfect for relaxation. You can rest in the saunas in the wellness, have peaceful walks with birdwatching in the forest nearby, or play billiards in the playroom. A good surprise was a bottle of wine and a dessert for my husband on his birthday.

The food is fine, but not exquisite, could have been better.

(o) Coffee for the breakfast was mediocre (o) All-in-All was mostly clean, but here and there one could see some dust on lamps and radiators; There were some spider-webs in the ceiling and the carper in the room was not vacuumed everyday. (o) The dining room is overfilled with dining tables, which makes it uncomfortable to reach the buffet when there are too many people in the dinning room. (-) Only 2 small elevators for the entire hotel is way not enough. (-) The stairways are somewhere at the end of the corridor ... far far away from our room and far from the elevator. (-) Elevators are quite aggressive - the 2nd person is usually hit by the doors if he/she is not quick enough to leave or to enter.

Nice location in the forest but on other side close to Sopron (walking distance to city centre) and Austria. Great swimming pool area with pool for kids. Clean playroom. Nice room and comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices for drinks.

There is info that crib does not fit to the room and it is not available but if you call to hotel they manage it. Why to pay for parking? I prefer a little higher price for accomodation and have it for free (it is not public place). Really narrow space between lines for cars. Variety of food for dinner.

Nice and clean rooms, friendly staff, varied food, large selection. Billiards, darts, table football, interactive tables. Hotel next to the forest for walks, dog friendly. Stay fulfilled our purpose of relaxation.

Small wellness area, two small elevators often full, we would have appreciated a staircase, noisy hotel equipment - probably the fan in the hotel's electrical substation, I couldn't sleep. Uncomfortable pillows

Rooms and common spaces look excellent! Breakfast was really good. Spa was also great although saunas were not working during our first two days.

We were a bit disappointed about the lack of vegeterian dishes during dinner time. Of course there were veggies, but there were no vegeterian protein sources to secure healthy diet for all guests. Chefs should consider at least one veggie protein per evening - tofu, lentils, chilli (without meat), tempeh etc

Too many people during meals : breakfast or dinner - very noisy and not really restful time as we were eating. There is a beautiful terrace & park where you can eat but then mosquitoes decided to come out ;( you are surrounded by people all the time. The same at the pool area... If you don't mind to be with people all the time this is your place. We were looking for a relaxing week-end ;(

Not CCTV during the holloway Food was salty

Stayed for 3 nights at the hotel and it was great. The room was spacious and clean. It was a bit warm but it was easy to open the balcony door to let some fresh air in. The spa was lovely, with 4 different kinds of saunas. Unfortunately the steam room was out of order which was the only negative thing. Staff were helpful and attentive throughout the hotel. They have interactive game tables at the lobby along with some boardgames and a billiards table which was great fun. The bar by the restaurant is nice although a bit dark, The rose wine was lovely. Both breakfast and dinner selection was really tasty with a wide range of foods to choose from. Massages were a bit mediocre and nothing special so that could be better, but reasonably priced for a 4 star hotel. Would recommend and will be back!

Steam room was out of order

Everything was absolutely perfect, I had an amazing week-end. The employees were super nice, the room was very comfy, I enjoyed the sauna and the pools, the garden is cute and has very nice chairs to relax and read a book. The breakfast buffet was really good and the dinner even better. I absolutely recommand this place for a chill time. It was also super quiet even though there were many other guests. Perfect!!!
