The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was extremely comfortable and quiet and it was nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The location was perfect - on a quite just off the one of the main squares. I would definitely recommend this place.

The air conditioning wasn't as effective as it might have been - but I'm prepared to believe that that was down to user error on my part!

Basic but clean and comfourtable hotel, allowing pets to stay with you. 15 minutes walk from central srreet and restaurants. Very quiet and clean. Breakfast was also ok.

Dont expect too much, hotel is basic. Costs of extras too high (e.g 25 eur per one pet per day, or parking of car in the garage)

Friendly staff, good location, good breakfast, good hotel for one night stay. Our kids were happy that they got a separate bedroom 🙂

Sound isolation is very poor. Our neighbour took a shower in his apartment, but it sounded that he took a shower in our bathroom 😀

Very nice and pleasant hotel, beautiful room, comfortable bed, nice staff. We appreciated coffee machine and water in the room. Garage is right under the hotel. To the historical centre it is comfortable walk. It is quite small hotel, but breakfast was great with many options.

Very good breakfast, large and comfortable room, all recently renovated, friendly staff, just a short walk from the centre of Sopron. Good and recommended!

I would just improve a bit the reception, it looks more like the entrance of an hostel.

Large rooms, comfortable beds, nice and new furniture with colors that brighten up the room. The rooms and bathroom are very clean. Breakfast is excellent. So are the staff and the dining room itself.

It was easy to find the hotel walking from the stations, it took only about 10 minutes walk or so. this was quite nice as an introductory sightseeing of the place. The hotel is near the centre of the city, just a three minutes walk to the old town. We very much appreciated the size of the room. It was spacious, comfortable double bed, spacious shower, which is always a bonus when you are tall. The hotel was clean throughout, they were taking continuous care of that. The breakfast was ample and varied, and the kitchen staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. All the staff were very kind, helpful and smily!

Loved the warm welcome from reception, spacious room with comfortable beds, smelt lovely too, great selection at breakfast served by cheerful restaurant staff, great price and also close to town centre and railway station

Great location, very closed from restaurants and the main square. Very spacious and lovely room, equiped by waters and tea and coffee... Nice staff, very helpful. No problem to park bycicles. One of the best hotels in Hungary. Ver clean, everything new and nice....thank you

Spacious , new, modern. Good breakfast, nice staff.

The balcony and under bed area were dusty and dirty. Those areas haven’t been cleaned up for a while.
