This hotel is in an excellent location, right in the center of things in the old town. It is very clean, the staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is wonderful. The staff in the breakfast room are very kind and nice. Breakfast has many choices and many healthy options. The rooms are very clean. The maids were very nice.

One day we had "British" food as an option at breakfast. Please do not do that again.

I really liked the location of the hotel. The breakfast was good too. The room was clean and I liked the pillows. This is a very central hotel, this is why parking is tricky. You may ask it in advance.

When we arrived (6 p.m), we asked the receptionist about evening program options. She said that she was very sorry, but she had now clue where to go in her city in the evening... omg, please, be prepared.

Very central and quiet location. The hotel offered a parking (paid, but we were fine with that), which was a nice touch, since you can't park anywhere on the street in the old town. The room was a bit small and basic, but clean, so it was fine for a one night stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Be carefull with parking - limited number of parking places in the hotel. If you park outside - on the street or underground parking - YOU CAN NOT PAY BY CARD, ONLY CASH IN LOCAL CURRENCY. That was challenging experience for me

The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed there on our last day in Austria and had some special requests, which the staff was happy to help with. The breakfast was varied and great. The room was nice. There are many restaurants and shop close to the hotel.

The gate for entering/exiting the hotel parking could be a little bigger, but it wasn't that big of a problem.

parking: it has only a small parking for few cars, very very tight. the room is a bit small, but is in the old center, so not expecting very large rooms.

The location was great - easy to get to the historic town center. The rooms were very comfortable the double one and also the family one. The staff was really nice - at breakfast they offered pancakes to the kids in-spite it was not part of the morning food offerings.

The gate to get to the courtyard where there parking lots are is very narrow opening from a narrow street. With bigger cars it is not easy to drive in.

The hotel goes the extra mile : for chain prices, you get some old fashioned loving care: a Nespresso machine with two pods, two bottles of mineral water, a chocolate on your pillow in a spotless room in Sopron old town, and polite and lovely receptionists. Breakfast is good too.

check your map if you are walking from the station, I always end up walking down the wrong street

The staff was very kind and helpful, The food was fresh, ingredients were very good quality and well prepared. The room was clean and tidy, a little bit smaller than I expected, but as I have traveled alone it was quite enough

The hotel is well located inside the pedestrian area, yet close to the street parking which is free on the weekends and public holidays. Breakfast was also great and the coffee machine inside the room was nice touch.
