Good breakfast, nice staff, close to the lake, the apartments are very suitable for small children, quiet and confortable.

Cleaning could be improved (curtains, sofas, the balconies, switchers, baby seats at the restaurant). In esence, the location could allow the staff more time for deep cleaning from time to time since there are some items that are not used all the time and get dirty, but they are details that make the difference.

The breakfast was very good. Great location, very close to the lake. Friendly staff. Spa with nice big sauna. Big terrace in the room.

The single beds were very narrow. Shower without a cabin which means you need to be careful when you take a shower in order not to make the whole bathroom wet.

The location is perfect. The staff is very kind and helpful. Really quiet and we loved the huge terrace.

For the price they charged i expected to have a hairdryer in the room, and also small toiletries. Half board is not bad, but rather medium quality.

Old hot tub water, no towels in the spa, weird smell at the corridor, narrow beds, if you put 2 beds together they move apart

the size of the room was a bit too small. also, we asked the night guard to cover the jacuzzi after we finished and then he asked: how many of you there are? we said: two. and then he said: well, two of you can do it, it’s not that difficult. we would have appreciated a little help from him.

The staff was friendly and ready to help anytime. The Facilities were amazing. The sajna and jacuzzi were available. Loved the breakfast and dinner options.

Amazing location, spacious rooms, lovely staff

Food kept running out during dinnertime, less tables than rooms, so sometimes you end up waiting as you have nowhere to sit at the restaurant. The water from the jacuzzi on the third floor kept pouring onto our second floor balcony. Place is short-staffed (one cleaning lady for all the rooms and the hotel was full), in the restaurant 90% of the staff were students on summer holiday workplacement (they were nice but obviously Very inexperienced)

The room was very clean and nice, the personnel was very friendly and helpful. The facility also has billiard, table football and table tennis, and also a sauna included. We had real fun. The food (we took half board) was really tasty and the variety was great. All in all - an awesome place to stay for vacation or a weekend getaway.

Jakuzzi and finnish sauna. One lady at reception was very friendly. Breakfast and dinner included, good selection and quality. Marhaporkolt was especially very good. Very cheap wine 0.6 cents per dl) for dinner. Location good, near the free beach.
