Staff extremely kind and supportive, sauna and jacuzzi were nice as well as the kids room

Hotel is a bit old both outside and inside, can do with a refurb. Breakfast could be a bit more fresh with nicer quality things (fresh juices for instance)

The hotel is surrounded with trees, in a quiet area, 3 minutes on foot from the train station, the center of Balatonföldvár and its facilities, the lake and its beach. Personnel are very professional and welcoming, helpful and flexible. The room was comfortable and silent, in spite of the fact that the hotel was fully booked, with a private balcony facing the garden and air conditioning.

Facilities were as described, air conditioning working, hot water, balcony, close to the lake. We enjoy diner at a nice closed by restaurant and walked on the lake Balaton! Breakfast was generous!

There is no option for dinner on the premises, it was a group of people who were served food and drinks, but not for us. We couldn't get even a normal cocktail!

In my opinion it's a great value for money. The hotel is located a several of minutes away from the beach, it has own restaurant and bar, a playroom for children and a cozy smoking area in front of the hotel with comfortable chairs. Parking is also right in front of the hotel and it's covered by the trees so that the temperature in cars remains fine. My daughter fell asleep on the way from the zoo at noon, so when we came I stayed in car with her to let her sleep and to keep an eye on the temperature in the car. Actually I fell asleep myself and after an hour of sleep the temperature in car was still fine. There's a backyard where you can play badminton and also there is a sauna in the hotel. I wouldn't expect all this for the money we paid for just an unplanned weekend trip. When I booked I didn't mark that we need a baby crib because we thought the kid would sleep on the single third bed, we had a foldable "sidewall" for it to prevent the kid from falling from the bed, but when we came we found a baby crib in the room, it was very kind though not really necessary :)

The restaurant doesn't operate on Sundays though, but there are enough options within 10 minutes of walk around

Location is fantastic. It is only few minutes away from train station on foot, few minutes away from the beach, few minutes away from the restaurants. It has its own restaurant as well. Breakfast was ok. Room was really clean.

The door of the room was broken and we couldn't lock it. Informed the receptionist and got another room.

Location close to the lake. It was also one of the criteria I chose it.

Although I arrived on Sunday afternoon, the fact that the Reception did not answered my calling in advance it was weird and stressful, as I was driving towards it.

The hotel is located very close to the lake. Breakfast was good. Our room was clean and newly renovated. Overall, we had very nice stay.

Internet connection was weak, especially in the evening when most guests were in.
