We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Club Tihany! The location is absolutely stunning—right on the shores of Lake Balaton with beautiful views and direct access to a private beach. The wellness center and pools were a real treat, and there were plenty of fun activities for the whole family. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the buffet offered a great variety of tasty Hungarian and international dishes. Perfect place for a relaxing and active holiday. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Bar could be better. Better lighting around the beach. Time intervals for people in jacuzzi (for eg. we came to jacuzzi at 18:00 and we had to wait till 19:00 for the jacuzzi to be vacated ps. Same two groups were there for 1hour

The property has a private beach, own restaurant, and an inside pool. The food is good for breakfast and dinner.

They are watering the lawn during the day and after most people leave the beach. The watering “floods” the beach, and after such an occasion there were A LOT of green flies due to the puddles/water on the grass the next day. During breakfast/dinner the staff seem overloaded with the amount of people, they could use a boost in numbers.

The Location is perfect, the Staff (All the staff) was very polite and helpful, The restaurant all foods were very good, breakfast and dinner. There is one thing, considering the price for a few days there in the Suite 656, I would expect a better Interior design. The Hotel is very very clean, but the Design of the rooms and the Suite are really poor, we did not feel that we were is a 4 stars Hotel. I saw that they done some renovation, but it is really "Cheap". And one thing really incredible is the height of the base of the windows, if you stand up you can see the lake, beautiful view, but if you seat on the couch you see a wall. The windows are too high, our kids cannot see the lake view unless they stand on a chair... Great location for a fishing competition IBCC biggest in the world, hotel is great for its spa and relaxing setting.

Staff could let you into breakfast a little early for cold cereals, drinks whilst waiting for cooked items to be ready. Unfortunately they watch the clock and there’s a queue for anglers keen to get to the bank.

The hotel is on the lake itself and has a private beach. The swimming pool is large (25m) and there were space for everyone. The restaurant is what I liked the most - everything was really well organized - no queues, not stress, well organized and efficient staff. The food was really delicious and the variety was more then enough. The beach is great. There is enough room for walking, there was also some gym equipment there. The parking is big and comfortable.

The sauna and the pool are closing really early and the sauna is too small for such a big hotel.

All the personal at hotel it self is ultra but ultra kind. I was really impressed with professionalism even from the very young staff at restaurant. This is first impression. Hotel itself it's very well placed, all the surroundings are well taken care of. I was very pleased with all the services and the quality of this accommodation was far above any expectations. I strongly recommend to try this place.

Beautiful location, on a beach, good for families with children. Our lake view room was excellent and beautiful, very clean and comfortable, nice balcony and refurbished bathroom. Levander soap, cream, oil and shower gel provided by the hotel, also and excellent feature. Excellent breakfast at the restaurant’s terrace outside.

The evening meal time very busy, crowded, noisy, not enough table for everyone, very unhealthy environment for a relaxing meal. Maybe to book dinner in different time slots to be considered.

Beautiful and huge hotel complex with private beach. Very tastefull breakfest and dinners. Room looks nice and was clean. Huge inside pool and SPA. Cool activities for kids.

Gym in the hotel is poor, nothing probably changed in 20 years. It would be nice and not very expensive to add bench, bars with free weights, dumbells and some bars for pull ups.

Big variety of delicious food. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location of the hotel (especially liked the park around the hotel).

Interior (mainly reception, lifts and halls) were too hot. When outside temperature was around 30 degrees and there were many people moving around, I'd prefer the AC be on to make comfortable air.
