Spacious, clean and tidy apartment. It contains everything you need for a vacation. The sauna is a bonus. Breakfast was served in a sweet basket. The call service works flawlessly. Parking is provided next to the reception of the aparthotel. You can get to the parking lot as soon as you see the hotel building by turning right immediately after the overpass and passing under it. Oliver Lux is located below the Tihany Abbey and Benedictine monastery in Tihany, and the apartment itself offers a beautiful view of Balaton.

We spent 6 wonderful days in Tihany with the whole family, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The accommodation met our expectations – the beds were comfortable, allowing us to rest well each night after our adventures. Every morning, we were delighted by nice breakfast delivered in a wooden basket. The selection of hungarian food was always fresh and tasty, and it added to the homely atmosphere of the stay. The location was absolutely perfect – peaceful and scenic, yet ideally situated for exploring the southern shores of Lake Balaton. We enjoyed both the tranquility of Tihany and the convenience of day trips to nearby spots around the lake. Our entire family was very happy with the stay. It was relaxing, comfortable, and filled with beautiful memories. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm and inviting place to stay in one of Hungary’s most beautiful regions.

Really nice apartment. The best location we could have there. Big, nice rooms, well prepared kitchen with accessories. Beds are comfy, wardrobes big and spacy. Nice bathroom with 2 stations. Kitchen with oven give you more possibilites for cooking.

Knifes in kitchen are begging to be sharpened. Would be nice to have more than 2 (for 4 days) dishwasher tablets. Take care about dishwasher it need special salt its visible that water is heavy for it. Bathroom could be better cleaned under sink as well as oven on kitchen. Remote controller for tv is absolutely broken and cannot be used and tv cannot connect to internet.

Very comfortable, bright apartment, with a sunny terrace in the morning and with a view and direct access to the lake shore, with all the amenities you need to feel good, with an individual dry sauna that works very well. Very close to the harbor and the equipped beach of Tihany. Easy access to restaurants and cafes. Good place for a walk, run or sports.

Breakfast quite poor. To get breakfast, you have to go to the reception, between 8-10, where you receive it in a basket, which contains only canned food, except for the invariable fresh apple. The stairs and the access corridor to the apartments could be cleaned more often.

Apartment were spacious with very good view of the Lake and huge garden. Kitchen was equipped with Nespresso machine and breakfast was fresh and quite good too, only thing missing was some Boiled eggs. There was SAUNA in the apartment and that was a "Pleasant Surprise". A paid gated beach was just 5 minutes walk away with a restaurant inside. Parking was right in front and secured. All of us loved the place and already planned to come back with Families.

WiFi wasn't so good and it was very slow. Breakfast could include some Boiled eggs and that will be a perfect Breakfast. There were a lot of insects in the Patio area, but that is not there fault. Just take some Mosquito repellent with you.

Excellent location, nice communication and good value for money! Would definitely like to come back here in summer season. The idea for breakfast in a basket is brilliant, fresh pastry and everything needed. The apartment has everything you need, even the infrared sauna, and the view to the lake is definitely worth staying.

The flooring needed some cleaning. The check out is at 10am, so you have to watch out the time. The parking is 10eur per night, which is a bit too much in the low season given that the parking area and the apartments building is freely accessible for everyone.

The flat was spacious, well-appointed, especially appreciated the sauna in the bathroom. Excellent location on the leafy promenade right next to the lake. The breakfast basket was amazing, huge portions and a great variety of fruit, fresh rolls, cheese, etc. Flexibility with check-out.

Communication prior to arrival could be improved, I only received a number of automated messages. Self-check-in not very user-friendly. It was difficult to find the carpark, as there are no signs on the main road. We drove past the hotel several times back and forth without finding the entry to the carpark, and in the end had to contact the hotel staff for help. That day staff was not easily available, it was cold and it took sometime before we could get hold of someone. The person was then very helpful, also the staff we met the next day.

Very quiet, well equiped appartments located right on the water, yet peaceful and not crowded. Each morning we enjoyed a nice breakfast provided to us in a charming basket. In the afternoon, we walked up the hill to explore the picturesque town with its abbey, small shops, cozy cafés, and a little museum. We ended our day with a wonderful dinner at one of the local restaurants, and walked down the hill to rest. At the property everything was well organised and well communicated.

Location is perfect-view on the lake, close to the private beach. For those who do not use cars- it’s convenient to get this place by public transport, the bus stop is nearby. The room is spacious with good facilities. A very kind attitude to the guests from staff of the hotel- always smiling and ready to help. Thanks for the pleasant staying!

The room was on the ground floor, I liked it- private entrance, easy to be out and spend your time on the fresh air but the negative side is mosquitoes it would be good to have repellent included into room facilities.

We had a lovely time at OliverLux Apartments. The location is excellent – quiet, close to the lake and bike paths. The apartment was comfortable, kids-friendly.

Cleanliness could be improved – especially under the bed and in kitchen corners where we noticed some cobwebs. We missed having insect screens on the windows and also having a washing machine would be a big plus! Still, we’d be happy to return!
