Spacious, clean and tidy apartment. It contains everything you need for a vacation. The sauna is a bonus. Breakfast was served in a sweet basket. The call service works flawlessly. Parking is provided next to the reception of the aparthotel. You can get to the parking lot as soon as you see the hotel building by turning right immediately after the overpass and passing under it. Oliver Lux is located below the Tihany Abbey and Benedictine monastery in Tihany, and the apartment itself offers a beautiful view of Balaton.

Excellent location, nice communication and good value for money! Would definitely like to come back here in summer season. The idea for breakfast in a basket is brilliant, fresh pastry and everything needed. The apartment has everything you need, even the infrared sauna, and the view to the lake is definitely worth staying.

The flooring needed some cleaning. The check out is at 10am, so you have to watch out the time. The parking is 10eur per night, which is a bit too much in the low season given that the parking area and the apartments building is freely accessible for everyone.

The flat was spacious, well-appointed, especially appreciated the sauna in the bathroom. Excellent location on the leafy promenade right next to the lake. The breakfast basket was amazing, huge portions and a great variety of fruit, fresh rolls, cheese, etc. Flexibility with check-out.

Communication prior to arrival could be improved, I only received a number of automated messages. Self-check-in not very user-friendly. It was difficult to find the carpark, as there are no signs on the main road. We drove past the hotel several times back and forth without finding the entry to the carpark, and in the end had to contact the hotel staff for help. That day staff was not easily available, it was cold and it took sometime before we could get hold of someone. The person was then very helpful, also the staff we met the next day.

Location is perfect-view on the lake, close to the private beach. For those who do not use cars- it’s convenient to get this place by public transport, the bus stop is nearby. The room is spacious with good facilities. A very kind attitude to the guests from staff of the hotel- always smiling and ready to help. Thanks for the pleasant staying!

The room was on the ground floor, I liked it- private entrance, easy to be out and spend your time on the fresh air but the negative side is mosquitoes it would be good to have repellent included into room facilities.

Very close to the Balaton, beautiful area. Playground was a 2-minute walk. The room itself is really nice (if you like a modern, minimalist design). We enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace in the sunshine.

The soap dispenser wasn't properly cleaned. There were no fences and our baby boy kept running out toward the Balaton. One of the bedrooms has opaque glass wall, which didn't properly kept the morning light out

Great location, very close to the lake and the private beach. Apartment was spacious and pretty well equipped. Beds were comfortable. It was really nice to have sauna inside the apartment. Also, the rolls for breakfast were always very fresh.

The breakfast variety was rather poor. Every day the same pate, rolls and ham. The ham was actually not tasty, salty and 63% meat inside. Instead they provide one small yogurt for 4 people, some days were even without yogurt. I don't know why? I would prefer to have more yogurts than that ham. :( Cleaning quality could be much better. Internet connection isn't the fastest one. The amount of toilet paper and towels provided wasn't sufficient for the duration of our stay. Of course you can order additional ones but you will be charged extra.

Absolutely the location. Bonus was the infraredsauna. We booked a ground floor unit with direct garden contact. It was perfect especially with a baby but probably with kids too makes sense. Staff was super kind and helpful. Parking is possible. The nearby location including park, playground, pier, (beach) has actually everything. The sunrises are magical. Balatonfüred is nearby (8min by car) with shops Tesco, Spar, DM.

Heating was set to a max of 20,5-21 degrees. We were with a baby could have been better to let it set individually. Our unit had a strange odor, probably from sink. We stayed for 3 nights. Garbage should be thrown away by yourself. No daily cleaning. Breakfast is very basic, nothing special. The building itself needs a little touch-up here and there, especially the outer shell, which has a few water damage, (Attika, Stairs, Flat roof details) but the infrared Sauna is also not quite fresh, but is rather aesthetically disappointing. The huge fixed glazing was full of cobwebs, dirt and co. That shouldn't be a big deal to have them cleaned. Maintenance is obviously a budget factor. Wifi was a bit slow but was fine.

Location, size of apartman. The staff were very helpful and kind.

The photos were taken after the renovation what did not reflected the current conditions. The walls were dirty ,some part of the electric items in the room were missing. The furnitires looked very used with a lot of stains. The windows were fixed no option to open them. The parking was expensive,could have been included in the price.

Very spacious, comfortable, clean and fully equipped (including sauna!) apartment with 2 bedrooms and a balcony facing the lake. Helpful staff and generous breakfast (although cold and provided in the basket to be served in apartment). Peace and quiet and easy access to the lake and gastronomy by the lake.

Minor issues that do not change the very positive impression: bikes offered by the hotel have been old, neglected and unprepared for usage (they definitely require replacement and proper service). Besides, the hotel is just next to the road and long sleeping in the bedroom facing the road with an open window is a bit challenging (as traffic starts in the morning). On the other hand, there is no noise if the window is closed (air conditioning works properly). Parking could be included in the price or slightly cheaper (in particular that neighboring public parking is less expensive).

The hotel is directly besides the see. We had a nice view. Very quite. Friendly staff. The breakfast is good. Sauna is available. The kitchen is well equipped.

The shower needs some repair because the water leaks out through the shower glass wall and the floor is full of water. No shampoo or shower gel. It is better to take them on your own. I would suggest to take something against mosquitos with you, or you can buy some in the supermarket.
