The breakfast had a really good variety and offered all you needed. I also had lunches and dinner there in a buffet format. The food was excellent. The room was modern and clean and the bed was comfortable.

It was really cold in the room and the heating didn't seem to be on yet. Also the price might be a little high since it is basically off season.

A very high level place, meticulous, clean, in an excellent location. The staff is very kind, the food is excellent, the spa is really good.

Some places to hang clothes and shelves were much needed

I recently stayed at Anna Grand Hotel by the beautiful Lake Balaton, and it was a wonderful experience! The accommodation was perfect—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with attention to detail. The hotel room is equipped with spa robes and slippers. It also has a Nespresso machine and a kettle with several capsules and a selection of teas. The amenities, especially the spa area, were top-notch. It was the perfect spot to unwind and relax. The hotel has two indoor pools, a swimming pool and hydro massage pool. Finnish and Turkish sauna are also available. In this time of year, there aren't as many guests staying at the hotel, so spa area isn't crowded with people, which makes it even more comfortable. The food was another highlight; every meal was delicious, with a wide variety of options to satisfy all tastes. On weekdays, our breakfast and dinner were a la carte, whearas nearing the weekend, buffet meals were served. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special shoutout to Daniel, the hotel’s sommelier, who truly went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. His warmth, hospitality, and spot-on wine recommendations added a unique touch to our stay. Thank you, Daniel, for sharing your expertise and making every evening so delightful! If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent service, fantastic amenities, and a gorgeous lakeside location, I recommend this hotel. P.S. The entire hotel smells wonderful!

I would like to point out a few minor drawbacks - the reception access could be more convenient. Parking on lower levels of the garage meant having to walk through the garage to reach the hotel since the entrance is on the first floor. Another thing that bothered me were balcony privacy dividers - made of blurred glass with metal frames, they didn’t offer much privacy, and we had cigarette smoke wafting into our room from a neighboring guest smoking on their balcony. Keep in mind, these are all minor inconveniences that didn't affect our stay.

Basically it is more personal preference, saunas should be separated a bit from pool area with some relax room. It is not a criticism just as I said preference We had a luck to be there in weekdays when there is no too much people and we enjoyed it big time

Very friendly and professional staff. The person who received us (unfortunatly I forgot his name but he was a tall man), took care of our luggage and car was exceptional. Special thanks to him. The garden and the flowers (tulips) were very well kept

The dinner buffet was good. However, in this style of hotel it is expected slightly more variety or something more surprising and the choice of dishes was quite traditional, however good. In Hungary there is the different habbit of having single duvets on douple beds. It is like this in most hotels, but a bit awkard for foreigners.

Everything is perfect here really! When you arrive, you feel like James Bond in this Hotel with an amazing Architecture and Decoration. - Reception staff is very friendly and helpful. The decoration if this place is really nice! Again you feel like James Bond! Thanks to all the staff! - Breakfast is very good, big choice of different things including eggs menu (with bo extra charge). - Spa and Fitness is very nice and big. I like when everything is indoor. The staff is very friendly there too. - Bar and Cafeteria us amazing. Thanks to the friendly staff! - Room is big, well equipped and new . Bed is very nice and you'll sleep like a baby. The place is stunningly beautiful, with a lovely promenade. We stayed in a room with a balcony that was a bit small but very well maintained. The spa was excellent, with pools open until the evening. Breakfast was good, and we also had dinner at the hotel, which included several tasty courses. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. My only disappointment was the overpriced parking, especially since the lot was empty, and the high minibar prices.

Lovely hotel. We arrived late at night and the check-in process was as quick and friendly as possible. The room is great! Everything you need. Lovely breakfasts with champagne, fish and meat specialities. Great wi-fi. Beautiful grounds. Wonderful swimming pools and saunas. Total relaxation and comfort.

Only one comment, the cleaning was not very good and rubbish was not always thrown away(

Had booked room with balcony but when we arrived and saw balcony overlooks car park we asked to move. The hotel moved us to a suite which was very kind.

Hotel very comfortable. Restaurant was huge disappointment, only had breakfast and then one evening meal, which was a buffet which was dreadful.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was spotless and incredibly clean, with a pleasant scent throughout the property. The furniture was clearly of high quality, adding a touch of luxury to our experience. The food was excellent, both in taste and presentation. Most of all, the staff were very helpful, kind, and greeted us with warm smiles. Highly recommend!
