Room: We got the Paris room. The room was intricately decorated and has the vintage Parisian vibes, the room and bathroom were clean, the mattress was soft, the heater was set on a comfortable temperature. Wellness centre: I throughly enjoyed the Wellness Centre. All the facilities were clean. I enjoyed the relaxing ambience. The opening hours were long. The Steam Spa was a favourite feature. Coffee bar and Breakfast: The coffee bar is open 24 hours. There was a water dispenser, varieties of tea, a microwave, a mini fridge with milk/yogurt, a coffee machine(makes an amazing hot chocolate!). The breakfast had good selections. Friendly receptionist. We got a 10% discount from the partnering Amigo restaurant(if you pay via cash) as well.

Close to center location, very good breakfast, large spa without irritating restrictions on number of entries (pool water was not cold as other reviews would suggest, actually perfect temperature for swimming, and whirlpool was plenty warm), helpful and kind staff, discount coupon for partner restaurants for hotel guests.

Bathroom was super small, way too small for a family room where 4 people are expected to stay. Acceptable for 2 - 3 nights, but would be an issue for a longer stay. There are plenty of thematic decorations in the rooms, some of them are past their best times and would deserve a refresh or replacement. For a hotel, that aims to be in a better than average category, parking should ideally be included in the package and not come at an extra fee.

Room (29) was okay. Although the round bed was strange, but it was awesome. The heater was a bit too noisy, but nevertheless: OK. Sauna and spa: Awesome. OK, we had to turn the sauna ON, but c'mon: better to have. Breakfast: I prefer simple things. Have a decent choice, but fresh. We had that. The staff was exceptional. I had bias because the negative feedbacks, but I have not experienced those. Wifi: Good enough to work. Not good enough to stream a 4K movie. All in all: "Good" Parking: We used the public in front of the hotel. Was free, was fine. Restaurant (AMIGO): Well, it was not bad, but you need to request a voucher at the reception for the 10% extra. A positive point that coffee, tea, water is free of charge all day. I would give normally a 9, but the staff was amazing!

Heater was a bit noisy. Electric car charging I think is a bit overpriced, but available. (10€/1 hour). If this would be a bit friendlier, that would be appreciated

Very quirky hotel, with each room having it's own themed decor. The hotel is conveniently located in the city,,you can find free parking both in front and behind the hotel. It is close to everything and a 10 min walk to the lake and entertainment area.Our room was very small,but clean and the aircoo kept it at a steady temperature.The Spa looked beautiful and breakfast was varied, very fresh and tasty.The staff was very friendly and helpful. Despite some small things,this place is good value for money paid

Although the spa looked very nice,there were always kids yelling in the jacuzzi or around the pool,so didn't really get a chance to enjoy it.the hotel can't really do anything about it as they welcome everyone. The room we got was about 12 m2, but bigger ones are available,so be sure to check that if you are claustrophobic😄

It is a great place for overnight for transit. The room was small for two but it is fine for one night stay. The room looked clean but there was a lot of hair in the bathroom. The breakfast is rich with good variety and tasty. We liked the spa with comfortable hours of operation. In our case the secure parking in the compound of the hotel was additional plus even with extra charge. The food at the nearby restaurant is tasty. The reception staff is helpful and nice. It was good that staff informed us in advance that the hotel had a problem with TV though TV was not important to us.

I think that after a lot of complains regarding the cleanliness of the room the staff should pay a special attention to it. I can't say that I saw dust like other reviews pointed out but the black hair around the bathroom spoiled the whole impression. I had to use antiseptic. The water in the pool could be warmer but in general it is possible to swim. I am glad that our windows looked at the inner yard, if at the railway station it could be noisy.

We were given a choice of several rooms as we arrived off season, so we selected the largest room on offer, this is fairly close to the railway line but this did not really keep us awake. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel offers free hot drinks throughout the day. There is no bar but a pub next door (to the right coming out of the hotel). For the evening meal guests are given vouchers to use in the pizzeria next door (to the left coming out of the hotel) and the food here is plentiful and very nice. The hotel is very handy for the bus and railway stations. There is also a Tesco Express and DM (equivalent of Boots or Superdrug) nearby. English is spoken in the hotel but in the railway station German is preferred. The ambience and decor of the hotel is fantastic as is the spa and swimming pool in the basement. There is a parking at the rear, but we did not use this as we arrived by train.

I like the decor in the hotel, every room had a different theme, and they let us choose a room on the spot, but we stayed in the offseason,i dont know if that matters. If you are looking for a bit quirky and charming place, this is perfect. It was quite clean, the spa was wonderful, the location was right in the center but walking distance to the lake. I liked the complimentary tea and coffee available at all times. Massage was great too. Breakfast was good,buffet style. Matress was really great and firm,not one of those cheap ones. I would definitely stay there again.

I wish they had provided little shampoos and more toiletries in the bathroom, there was only like 3in1 soap and i wish the pool was heated, sadly we couldnt use it this time of the year.

I can't remember the last time I was at a bed and breakfast in Hungary and was actually served a breakfast that contained Hungarian food (thank you!). The hotel is fabulously eccentric and its decor quite fascinating, the staff were warm and unusually friendly for Hungarian standards. Would recommend this spot.

Nice atmosphere, very nice personal, free coffee and water all day long, breakfast very nice. I do hope to come again.

I have vouchers for dinner. The Amigo restaurant persons are not as nice as should be. It was a big mistake to buy dinner, but honestly when I ordered i don't know how it will goes. It could be ok even with vouchers... but the Amigo restaurant personal are NOT OK. For sure I will not go there.

We had a pleasure staying at the hotel, we were mesmerised with the architecture of the hotel, it was unique and beautiful. We stayed in Asian thematic based room, and the sculptures and painting took us to Cambodia. It was such a thoughtful idea to create room based on different countries. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and warm. Sauna was good, however the swimming pool was cold.
