I love the quiet location of hotel. Love the spacious rooms and pool Area.

I didnt like unorganized staff. There was enough of them in the hotel, but noone was managing them, they were standing around. It was very obvious at the restaurant. I had to go to them and ask them to come to my table to take order for drinks. Event if web spend at the restaurant 30-45 minutes noone came to collect a plates from table, there was only exception at last dinner. I am not saying that they were lazy, but there was missing a person in charge.

Staff is very helpful and the apartment was lovely, clean and very spacious. We enjoyed the bowling. Plenty of parking in front of the hotel. Breakfast and dinner ok, but we expected more fresh salad and fruit varieties during the summer season. Coffee is good.

There is a train line between the lake and the hotel. Photos leave the impression the lake is just in front of the hotel. We had no problem with the short walk but the train line was a surprise.

We booked two nights here after 6 nights exploring Budapest. Located 100 mins outside Budapest, the hotel provided the perfect location with a host of activities to keep our three sons (17, 19 & 21) entertained with excellent food, well-being facilities, complex wide wi-fi, attentive staff and a superb pool area with bar/restaurant.

There was nothing we didn’t like about it.

Everything was in place. Food was decent and plenty, wellness zone - clean and empty. Lake Balaton is in some 15-minute walk. Actually considered staying longer than one night when next time in the region.

The place needs some refurbishment. A bit annoying that at dinner absolutely no drinks are offered free of charge, even water has to be ordered separately.

Very friendly staff, great location, very good facilities, clean and comfortable rooms with AC, breakfast and dinner options were very good and the food was fantastic. Great view on Lake Balaton!

The hotel has everything What u need-pool, sauna,Ping Ping,bialard,tenis,playground,terase, view on the lake, nice food

Just one disadvantage was the uncomfortable matrace and the coffi from machine for breakfast wasnt so good (but u should buy from bar)

Breakfast and dinner were delicious. The hotel has various recreational facilities such as bowling, biliard, tennis, beach volleyball, swimming pool, and many more. Staff are nice and friendly.

I liked everything. Will come again.

Comfortable room, pool is amazing and the leisure area is large, the hotel has its own private pier on the lake, which I dont believe was advertised. Very good overall i would recommend

Was charged for having our room cleaned, this was mentioned anywhere, however this may just be the case in Hungary and i was not aware. Bring shampoo and shower gel with you as they are not provided

Great location, food and staff.

Worst check-in and check-out times I’ve experienced in any country. You can only check-in after 3pm (and even then our room was not ready) and we had to check-out by 10am!

The breakfast and dinner were delicious. The staffs were very nice and patient. The bowling alley was amazing. We spent a nice holiday here.

One of our rooms' air conditioner didn't work properly.
