The hotel has very modern rooms located close to a beautiful lake. The room we have chosen had equipments unlikely to be found on other hotels that we stayed during the trip such as towel warmer, Bluetooth speaker and dimmable lights (even though a little too dark in some occasions). The bed was very comfortable. A glass door was just a few steps from our bed so we could wake up and see the sunrise over the lake.

We had difficulties locking the room's door but later we found a paper inside the room explaining how to. I think it should be nice explaining right away during the check-in instead of letting the guests trying to figure out by themselves. Regarding the breakfast there were not so many options when compared to other hotels but everything that was served had good quality and was enough for us.

Nice location with an excellent view, we really like being directly by the lake and watching the birds. The room was generally well equipped/comfortable

The TV is not a smart TV, we had no way to use Netflix / other apps. It also turned on randomly - so we turned it off completely to avoid being woken up. There is A LOT of insects around the lake which means you can't really open the windows/sliding door. The smaller window should 100% have an insect screen on it. The rooms get quite stuff because of the big water tank in the bathroom.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations! It was perfectly clean, with a stunning view that made every moment special. The personnel were extremely nice, polite, and always ready to help, making us feel truly welcome. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The real highlight, though, was the restaurant – absolute TOP! Our evening there was unforgettable thanks to the perfectly prepared dishes and cozy atmosphere. Without a doubt, the best place to stay in the area! Highly recommended.

Beautiful modern decorated rooms with a view over the lake. Rooms are spacious and the beds are large and lay delicious. With a sliding door you walk onto your small patio at the lake. We had the luck to see the northern light outside our room shining over the lake. Nice small restaurant with tasteful meals. The breakfast was also very nice.

Truly perfect. Location and view out of rooms are outstanding. The manager on check in was lovely as I had made a mistake on my booking, but he helped me to correct. The manager of the restaurant was wonderfully lovely, had a chat, helpful on the area and just perfect Also had the added bonus of northern lights that night which she told us had been sighted allowing us the time to leave and capture them

It was the most beautiful, modern, yet unspoiled accommodation! The Aurora from here was magnificent as light pollution was very low. Lots of nature around - with the lakes you can see a number of local birds and hear the geese. The accommodation had everything we needed included a nice coffee pod machine. We had views of the glacier which was a bonus! Magma restaurant has the most amazing food and the staff are just lovely! My partner proposed to me at the accommodation and at breakfast the next day we were treated with a congratulations and a lava cake which was just so so kind! Thankyou for making this the most memorable trip for us and we will 100% be back soon

Immaculate, cosy, stylish welcoming lodges. Exactly as described. Very quiet area overlooking the lake- frozen this week. We chose the location in order to hopefully see the aurora- we weren’t disappointed. We were having dinner and they informed us that the lights were on! Fabulous! The meal was lovely too- staff were great, very friendly and helpful.

Nothing really- if I had to say anything it would be that they don’t have anyone on reception after dinner service - so not wake up call for the lights. But as I said, we saw them 8.30- 9pm.

This spot worked out great for us! This was our favorite hotel of all the places we stayed along our South Coast route. We only stayed one night due to our busy travel schedule, but sure wish we could have stayed longer. We had dinner and then breakfast the following morning. Both the food and staff were great! The beds were super comfortable and the shower was wonderful! We felt well rested and ready for the next leg of our drive.

Great stay in a calm place. The hotel was very clean and room was comfy and had a lot of space. Check in and check out were very easy. It was also on a way around the island and perfect location to stay overnight before going further East. The lady at the reception was very responsive. She kindly booked us a place for dinner on a very last minute before out arrival. We didn't wait more than 10 minutes for the answer to our request placed online.

When we came to the breakfast many items were already gone and it took quite a while to restock so I felt that there was not much choice. Other than that everything was perfect.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, amazing room, very clean with breathtaking view. The room is specious and comfortable. The bathroom is great. Very calm and serene. We had a delicious dinner like in a chef restaurant I would rate the hotel as 4 stars!

The breakfast should improve offering espresso and upgrade quality of the breads, the scrambled eggs were over cooked and dry.
