I recently had a wonderful stay at the Crown Hotel Agra from September 21 to 22, where I booked two rooms for four adults and one infant. The rooms were tidy and equipped with all necessary amenities, ensuring a pleasant environment for both adults and our infant. Location One of the standout features of the Crown Hotel is its convenient location. Situated just 2 km away from the iconic Taj Mahal, it was easy for us to visit this magnificent monument without any hassle. The accessibility made our trip even more enjoyable. Staff Assistance The staff at Crown Hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond to assist us during our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly enhanced our experience. Overall Experience We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Crown Hotel Agra and would love to visit again in the future. The hotel and rooms were comfortable and cozy. The hotel provided a free upgrade for us and went to great lengths to help us, such as driving us to a nearby restaurant and picking us up there. They were undeniably very cooperative and helpful. The hotel atmosphere is peaceful and quiet, perfect for a leisurely getaway.

The WiFi was on and off but no other problems whatsoever.

Clean, comfortable and affordable stay. Excellent air conditioning. Clean bathrooms. Hot water facility available only in the morning but working kettle was provided. Food was tasty and hygienic.
