The location of the property and the way they have maintained the greenery around it. The food was delicious.

The cleanliness - none bothered to clean up the overnight tea cups or dinner plates. The Staff - they lack communication skills and whatever info you ask them, they just forget about and you need to remind them like 2-3 times. Not all the staffs, but certainly the ones in restaurants and reception.

A beautiful hotel in an amazing location surrounded by the backwaters lake and boats. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable.The staff is super nice and helpful. They built for me a wooden ramp in a couple of hours as the accessible room was occupied. The food was delicious with a lot of choices. The swimming pool was fun for the kids in the middle of the small lake. And our next location came to us as the houseboat anchored in the resort.

The recreation area could be improved

The breakfast menu had a decent number of options, though nothing stood out as being particularly good. The location is amazing.

The lunch and dinner menus, especially for vegetarians, were not that good. Also, the management acted in a miserly way when it comes to providing living essentials like toiletries, water, etc. Keeping in mind the cost of the stay, this was an unpleasant surprise.

The Greenery and the lake view cottages are the attractions.

The Swimming pool in between the lake seems to be eye catching and main attraction in the photos but in actual it was a man made lake around the pool which was not clean and the chairs kept around the pool are broken little disappointed with respect to what seen in photos.

I liked one particular staff who helped us with almost everything with a smiling face. Kudos to him. Scenic place. Reaching spot was easy. Close to beach by car. Dinner food was awesome. Chicken varutharachathu and duck roast

1. Bed was 2 twin bed and 2 blankets which was not good for a couple. 2. Breakfast did not have a non-veg curry to be used with appam/dosa/appam. Please include that. There was a fish broth which was the non veg option, which cannot be combined with other food. It was a waste for me and my family. 3. Should have more free fun games - Billiards and shooting game should have been free.

Friendly staff. Beautiful surroundings. Excellent food - especially the local traditional items. Great water pressure and hot water.

Bathrooms could be cleaner. That’s the only disappointment for such a pricey stay. Ensure towel count based on booking.

Location - 9/10 Huge property - nicely maintained. Food was good. Lakeview was superb. Family friendly. Must try place - 9/10

Staffs were not friendly. Had a bad experience with front desk team, though mistake was not from my side. Could have been handled better.

An immaculate and well-maintained property in a superb location with a very dedicated and helpful staff (dining, cleaning, gardening, water sports).

There is scope for improvement for the front office staff.

Nice location and pool. Kids enjoyed fishing. Nice rooms. Food was expensive but was given a reasonable discount as we were a bigger group.

There was a bit of confusion at the checkout in billing which was sorted out. Another room’s food bill was charged on us by mistake and was corrected after discussion which could have been avoided. Better to have bills signed along with room number to avoid confusion.

Beautiful lake view, rooms, garden and staff. My daughter's birthday was there and we just booked a normal trip. They decorated her room and also lined up a small cake cutting ceremony for her to make her feel special. I truly appreciate the kind gesture.

Room dining, I didn't like the food taste.
