The property is located at the heart of the city. Everything is just a stone throw away and it’s probably the biggest building in the place. If you are someone who wants to explore the city this place is much recommended due to its accessibility to big markets around it.

The property probably would need a hand of fresh paint as the walls are scruffy and stained. Just doesn’t do justice to the entire experience the hotel has to provide. Plus the corridors are too hot probably having a standalone fan in the lobby and the corridors plus a high speed functional fan in the lift would help too and would be very welcoming for future stays.

Great hotel, right in the heart of Kottayam. The rooms were simple but very comfortable and the facilities were very clean. We ended up having to book our stay last minute, due to a mix up with some other location, and the staff were very accommodating, allowing us to check in very early in the morning. The hotel manager helped arrange an excellent driver who was reasonably priced. We were very happy to have found the Iswarya Reaidency.

Close to the Kottayam old bus stand and the Temple the property was clean and compact. The staff were helpful and the food was good. The room was comfortable. It was a good place for a brief stay and to freshen up.

Being in the centre of town it did not have much of a view- but it was easy to get around.

Excellent hote with all facilities..... I will definetly refer my friends and family members. The staffs are so coperative in all scpects. Excellent location.

The location, service and cleanliness are all outstanding.

Room had no openable window. Not very family friendly with a lot of happy but drunk people at the hotel gate entrance where there is an entrance to one of their bars.

Nice big room, good shower, good Internet. Had a couple of small issues with the room which were very quickly solved by the very helpful staff.

Restaurant utterly empty at breakfast time. No staff, no customers. Bit odd

when we went for dinner outside, they entered our room without our permission. it’s not the right way of service.

Location, friendly staff, cleanliness etc.... what not, I liked during my stay. Highly recommended.

I can say there are no dislikes.
