The location is superb. Rice boat Vegetarian restaurant provides very tasty dnx healthy food. Staff was very helpful. Room service was prompt.

Bathroom can be more aesthetically organised. Shower curtains need changing. A hand-held shower will be a good addition. Toilette tissue and hand towel were only available on request

There was a sloping issue in the bathroom which flooded the floor after a shower. Staff did offer to change the rooms but it was too much of a hassle for us. Apparently it does not happen in every room so others might not have this issue.

I booked a room here last minute and I was very lucky I found a room. It is a brand new hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Anything I needed was accommodated. The room was clean and spacious. The bed so comfortable and all amenities in the room were provided.

The hotel has a restaurant next door. I bit disappointed they did not serve any international breakfast a la carte.

The staff was very helpful, friendly and prompt. Rooms were good, but one room has a few minor issues. Specifically suitable for vegetarians as the restaurant is pure veg. Food was also pretty good. Overall a good experience.

This is a brand new hotel in an excellent location. It is immaculately clean and the staff are super efficient and polite. The in house restaurant The Rice Boat vegetarian is fantastic and unbelievably great value for money. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Mostly all aspects good. Good exclusively vegeterian restaurant for south food tho north indian fare average.

They need to replace non working switch and bed lamps. No mat in room especially when its a city with a beach and sand ingestion possible. A bucket and mug in bathroom useful when no no flexi pipe shower provided.

Stayed at the hotel for one night before going in an overnight houseboat trip. Hotel was clean and very good value for money.

There wasn’t a great deal around but as we only stayed for 1 night it didn’t really matter. We had a lovely meal at bayroute bistro.

Every thing was exceptional, right from the front desk until the house keeping!! I was given an early check in , thanks to GM Mr Sunny, who took care of each and every help being offered to us during our stay. the restaurant and its staff is worth appreciating. it’s a grand new hotel and everything things are spotless clean and maintained.
