The location of the place and staff very friendly

The extra price for the room. It clearly mentioned and booked the resort for 5000. Property management collected 5600 saying that is tax amount. Usually tax amount is always included in the final price shown to customers. Have done booking in the past as well never seen this before. Price varying

Manager and assistance is too good, sweet people, cooperative nature. Breakfast served was too yummy, tasty, healthy. The location is simply spot on to the Alleppy Beach, a walk of less than a minute. Rooms were clean, spacious parking, small garden to relax.

None concerning the property

✓The property is very close to the beach. ✓Staffs were too good, from the house keeping to watchman. ✓ I did not get a chance to try the breakfast as I had other travel plans. So no comments on the complementary breakfast. ✓Last and final, the property owner Mr. Mathew was too good and cooperative.. his behaviour will make you feel that you are at your home. I had been with my family with my daughter 1.6 years old.. he gave us the entire kitchen access so that we cooked food for baby. This hospitality was really special to me. I recommend this and love to visit again.

The property is located at a prime location but the gardens and the rooms need some makeover. A lady looks after the property and the food requirements. It is more of a guest house set up than a resort tbh

It was great stay. Everyone was helpful. Authentic Kerala vibes stay house. Beach is 2 mins walk. Perfect for families, couples and friends. Ambika and Amit were very helpful and warm people.

Simple but delicious South Indian Breakfast. The ambiance and hospitality of the staff. The rooms were clean and spacious. Bathrooms were clean especially for a busy season. Will be coming back soon!

The location was tranquil, a vast courtyard with the most amazing tree in the centre, surrounded by lush green grass. The cottages in the property had a smell of freshness as we entered into the rooms

The washroom was pathetic. The latrine pipes were leaking. A yucky looking mat was there. The floor was really unclean. All in all, I hated the washroom.

The room is very small. It seemed like a good room for the money. The bathroom is very small and the water in the bathroom had a slight smell
