Can't find a hotel that is located in such a perfect location to backwaters yet cheap and has one of the biggest rooms I have seen in India. The shower takes time initially but gets hot. Rooms are big, beds are huge and have mirrors on the walls. Closets are big if you keep clothes there. They also recommended backwaters person who gave us 5 hours ride around backwaters and lakes!

Breakfast is usually a buffet of idly, dosa, puri sabji with coffee and chai. It is good but repetitive.

A wonderful place to stay at the center of Alleppey town.. Nice small beautiful hotel & staff. Good restaurant downstairs. I had a breakfast buffet & dinner. Also i wish to make a note of an important incident..I had forgotten my mobile charger & the manager of the hotel sent it to me via courier to the address while i was in India. Great. I really appreciate it..

No alcohol facility. At least Beer & wine. It would have been nice..

The rooms was big, we got our room upgraded for free. We requested to change our room because it was close to the drive way which was noisy. The staff was kind enough and ensure we had a good stay. The breakfast was good, buffet style. The breakfast venue is also a restaurant in the afternoon and dinner which serve the local as well. Food and atmosphere was really good and reasonable price. Will definitely stay here again and recommend friends over if they do plan visit.

Constant sales pitch of the Spa. I was contacted three times. This clearly is a money spinner for hotel. The cost of Spa way in excess of my daily spending in India. Room wasn't cleaned because I hasn't handed Room key in. However I wasn't informed in order for Room Ti be cleaned, Room key had to be handed in. Communication problem on desk.

The location of the hotel was great. They had a very nice spa in the hotel. Totally worth it. And the restaurant below the hotel was the best I've had. The rooms were very spacious and clean. We had to check out very early in the morning before the breakfast buffet begin, but the staffs packed some fruits and juice and kept it for us to bring along our journey. Nice

Rooms were amazing, service was good. Buffet breakfast was also amazing. The staff was accommodative and helpful towards our requirements. The parking can be an issue given the space constraints, and the shared parking for the Bistro restaurant as well, but the security helped us with parking related issues, which was amazing.

Location is perfect and near to many centers. Property is pure hotel type with restaurant onsite which is added advantage.

I felt master suite was good size but other room given was small compared to both booked suite with large size.

Location, Ambience and Rooms. We got upgraded room at free of cost. Little language problems are there.

Great ambience, value foe money. Clean Room and have lift facility. One thing I want to point out for this hotel that this hotel has a restaurent but its too crowdy. Out side people came and grab the tables so travellers who have bookings in that hotel got no table to seat and enjoy dinner or lunch.

Stay was fantastic. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was also very good. Lunch (chattichoru) was superb.

The only issue I noticed was the car parking.
