Hotel location is ideal for visit to the Golden Temple and the surrounding tourist attrctions. Hotel has a non-veg restaurant and serves decent breakfast. Staff are freindly and competent. We had a pleasant stay and would definetly recommend this hotel to others.

Not very much not to like with this hotel. It was recently refurbished and thus everything was still quite new. Had a problem with the in-room safe at check in which was rectified immdiately. The restaurant can get busy for breakfast and dinner, but we had no problem with seating during our stay.

Fantastic location , minutes walk away from the heart of Amritsar (although this means no alcohol is available at the hotel). Clean, modern decor, stylish interior. Friendly staff, albeit service a bit patchy when busy. Small car park on site, but well-managed by dedicated staff. Nice breakfast with a range of local and global options. Freshly cooked omelettes and local dishes available to order.

Very noisy all night with sounds of the city - honking car horns and barking dogs - bring ear plugs! While staff were friendly, rang repeatedely to ask when we would be going for breakfast and what time we would check out.

Location is absolutely central 5 minutes walk to Jalianwala bagh , golden temple and partition museum. Neat and Clean Hotel. Staff very firendly. Breakfast absolutely superb. Cleanliness was very good . We booked the suite for family of 4. Room number we staryed is 201 becuase it had twin beds.

We stayed 3 nights and there was no hot water for 2 nights. What I am not happy about is that it took well over 24 hours for the facilities team to find the problem and sort the plumbing. For such highly priced room rate the least we expect is hot water being available 24 hours . Team should have checked throughly before handing over to guests. The team and GM did apologise at time of departure however no refund or credit was given.

The location was great… just a short walk to the Golden temple, Jallianwala Bagh snd Partition Museum. The staff was most hospitable. We had a family suite and it was very comfortable with 2 rooms opening into each other and 2 bathrooms ( 1 full bathroom and - with a WC)… room was very convenient…had a kettle and a safe. The breakfast buffet had many options … South Indian, North Indian and western. We really enjoyed our one night stay.

A little hard to find for the taxi driver… even with navigation.

The location of the hotel is the biggest plus point. The rooms are comfortable and the property is peaceful.

Service during breakfast was slow and can be improved. Staff needs to be able to handle large groups especially when the hotel is operating at full capacity. Forgetting to keep bath towels and napkins in the room while cleaning up is something small, yet important, and cannot be overlooked. An earlier check-in time would be helpful since guests are often arriving early in the morning.

Hotel is overall very nice. Lobby and front desk are beautiful. Kapil at the front desk greeted us and checked us in very efficiently. He explained the rules and regulations of the hotel as well as gave us nice recommendations for things to do around the area.

We enjoyed the breakfast, which was nice but compared to other hotels we stayed in was slightly sub-par. However, it was still a nice meal to start the day. Only other issue we encountered was the room heater. It did not get as warm as we were hoping for during our sleep.

It’s a good property and the location is the cherry on the cake. Not a bummer considering it is 50 room property and cannot accommodate a gym or a pool and that would be too much to ask for. To that, the staff was great and did everything to make it a comfortable stay. Strongly encourage the management to efficiently deal with customers who are/were rude to the staff, and that’s what I observed as well during my stay. The staff were all courteous and efficient at making it a great stay!

we really liked and enjoyed our overall stay in Heritage Inn. The location of the hotel from major sightseeing sites i.e golden temple, Jaliya Wala bagh, local markets, local eating joints were in walking distance from the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We really appreciate that the hotel accommodates our extra one-night stay in hotel despite the hotel was quite busy around that time. We really love the breakfast served by the hotel. The different varieties of food served in breakfast table was good; fresh and yummy. Staff were responsive and attentive to provide tea, extra serving etc,

We had little trouble reaching to the hotel as the local auto/taxi had hard time getting to the hotel. It would be good if hotel find a way to provide accurate map of its location. We couldn't get through the hotel despite several call from the station.

It was very clean and maintained. The security, floor staff and front office staff were curtious.

The room service should be more proactive and responsive to guests requests. Had to ask for bath & hand towels, for a complimentary fruit platter, hand wash soap, Made to wait long for check-in when reported at 1.15 pm though I was called and confirmed about my arrival. Rooms could be a bit bigger. Restaurant spread and services needs improvement.

Excellent location in the old part of Amritsar, less than 10 minutes walk from the Golden Temple. Despite its central location it was very quiet at night and we slept very well. Mattress and pillows were really comfortable too! Good sized bathroom and a decent shower with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was pleasant and eggs to order were on offer.
