A quaint vintage property located centrally at Anjuna with a decent pool. Rooms are neat and very open property with plenty of trees and plants. Staff is ever smiling especially Diego who takes time to interact with you

Biggest drawback was the linen, which requires urgent replacement throughout the property. Blankets without covers is such a big disappointment and unhygienic since they didn't look washed between room changes

This property is a little slice of heaven in North Goa. If you love to party but also want a peaceful retreat to rest and recharge, this is the perfect place for you. The owner and staff are incredibly warm, always making you feel right at home. The team, in particular, is remarkably attentive to your needs and even your moods. The whole property has a rustic old school Portuguese charm and you feel at tranquil wherever you go. I don’t usually stay in North Goa, but this has definitely become my new go-to spot.

The wifi access in the ancestral rooms is a little spotty and they could install an inverter , for long term stays to manage the electricity outages, so I had a little trouble during work calls. You get better network in cafe area. However, the owner confirmed that is a known issue and will be worked upon. I am sure, by the time I visit next time, this is all going to be sorted.

This is a Small, friendly, clean rund hotel. It was everything we were looking for from our 1st time experience in Goa. The team made us feel incredibly welcomed and part of the family. Because it is so small, everything about the place is personal. You get to know Javeed, Diago, and the rest of the team. The food is freshly made and very tasty, our room was large, spacious and cool. Somedays, we were the only people around the hotel, it felt like we had the place to ourselves.. highly recommend and we cannot wait to come back.

Staff were exceptional, there were a couple of issues, but they were sorted out really quickly. Our room was great, outside shower at the back backed onto something but there was a canopy so no one could look in. The pool was fantastic and kept very clean. A big thank you must go to the waiter Diago who went out of his way to make sure you were looked after at all times. The food was ok, we did eat out a couple of evenings. A couple of resident dogs that were very friendly. Overall we had a lovely time and would love to go back.

It's a heritage type property with limited breakfast so don't expect hotel type breakfast. But it was nice overall with good options. There were night flies in room but the guy helped us with some spray and cleaned the room with broom also. Overall our 1 night stay was perfect and I could have stayed 2 night also.

Great place, stayed here 10 years ago so knew what to expect. We stayed in one of the newer rooms by the pool with an outside shower but unfortunately only got wifi on the first day, the rest of our stay we could not access it from this room. The staff are lovely and the food is great. Lovely pool area too, shame they no longer have the yoga studio on site, but there are plenty of places nearby.

There isnt anything I didnt like, although it would have been nice to get wifi in our room as we needed to walk out to the pool to be able to message family.

Breakfast policy of having only one plate of food. No bacon no sausage no juice nothing. They could charge extra and atleast provide good breakfast. We are at vacation there not in a boarding school.

His attentiveness and genuine care for the guests truly enhanced the experience. The owner, too, is a delight to interact with, always speaking sweetly and ensuring that every guest feels at home. The green surroundings of Granpa's add to the serene and peaceful ambiance, making it a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It's clear that a lot of thought and care has gone into creating this little paradise.

The property located in a convenient location close to couple of restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful they arranged for our transport they let us keep our baggage after check out.very courteous staff. Grandpa in is surrounded by greenry very nice atmosphere.We had a pleasant stay.

There was no shower curtain between the shower cubicle and toilet. whilst having a shower the water would spray all over and the entire bathroom got wet.we suggested to install a shower curtain. other all ok.

The pool area is amazing, its peaceful and it looks beautiful, it’s surrounded by lush trees and plants which are very well maintained. The staff are particularly friendly and very welcoming and the food is very tasty. The cook knows how to cook a great curry.

I think the rooms could do with a deeper clean, especially the bathrooms. The cleaners do a wipe around but I noticed the tiles around the shower and sink area are extremely dirty.
