The personalised service provided by the staff and the room with the plunge pool made leaving the room a very difficult decision. The property is beautiful and the location is also top notch, keeping you close to all of Goa's favourite haunts.

Room size !

The property is located centrally. The rooms are very spacious, especially the bathrooms. The attached plunge pool is a good size and honestly a big advantage if you need your own space or just want to dip post the pool closing hours. The property pool Is also quite nice. The breakfast spread is quite elaborate, and everything we had tasted good. Our interactions with staff were all pleasant and everyone was friendly.

Because they have kept the property as open as possible because of that spotted a couple of giant rats in the plunge pool area.

I liked the property, the architecture, and the design. The room was very comfy and spacious. The food quality was also good, except for the Poori.

I wasn't too fond of the staircases in the property. Also, when I checked in, the reception informed me that for departure or checkout, I would need to book a taxi from the stand across the street, as taxis from Goamiles are not allowed to enter the property due to the taxi union's rules but When I came to the property I came by Goamiles cab. This was a bit inconvenient. For instance, I searched for a cab on the Goamiles app, which showed a cost of Rs. 257 for a trip to Baga near Tito's Lane, but I had to take a taxi from the union, which cost me Rs. 700. Overall, my experience was good except for this issue

If they could have a Spa and some unique amenities . Additionally reception is in a heritage building while stay is at a adjacent building. If they could add some experience where guests could do some activity on the heritage building, it would make it more worthwhile. But enjoyed the stay here

The property was amazing, super clean, amazing well trained and friendly staff, beautiful interiors and pristine in all sense. I have only good things to say about this hotel. Rooms were spacious and super clean and aesthetic. This was our first time at this property but we will definitely keep coming back for their exceptional hospitality. I would rate this a 10/10

Nothing. We loved every bit of it.

Extremely courteous staff.

The entry and exit to and from the hotel is not safe at all. It is a very busy road and chances of accidents is very high. The swimming pool should have more privacy. The rooms section should be connected to the heritage section by a ramp or a small bridge.

Breakfast was very good. We liked the varieties and the preparations. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Dinner evening snacks everything was superb. chef Aman personally came to check on us.

Some connectivity from the rooms block to the restaurant area would be great for people with legs n knee issue

Wonderful location in Anjuna and a relative small & a new property

At times the service could have been speedier and the communication more proactive. This was more than made up after an initial service hiccup
