Breakfast was good but expected more varieties. Location is very good. Staff was extremely helpful The room was comfortable and cozy and quiet Would love to stay here on my next visit

Pool was too small. we could not swim just walk around a bit. Due to the open bathroom, there where a lot of insects in the bathroom, especially during night time, otherwise it was a good concept

Homely breakfast. Warm staff. Clean room & bathroom. Very green and quiet area. Italian restaurant on property for dinner. Cozy vibes. Safe & beautiful.

Unavailability of autos. Local cabs are very expensive. Difficult to explore the area. Unavailability of a comfortable chair and a table to have meals in the room or for remote work.

Very nice and helpful staff. The little restaurant in the property is a very comfy place to sit and have something to drink or eat. The food was delicious. It was the perfect location for what we were looking for: just a quiet place to spend some nights and be able to do some work. Another plus point: the internet connection in the room was very stable.

Nothing, it was perfect for our needs, but to get around, visit shops and places you would always need a taxi, or your own vehicle, since it's not very central.

We were travelling from London and unfortunately the trip started on the wrong foot and we had a very unusual request very last minute, but the owners were so kind and accommodating. So hats off to them for that! As far as the place is concerned, it was very rustique chic, exactly as shown in pictures and what I was looking forward to. The vibe of the place was even better. It was very clean, very conveniently located to travel around, yet on a quiet street away from the crowd. In addition, the caretaker was very welcoming and pleasant and I feel deserves a special mention. I guess to sum up, this would be one of my top places to stay at when in Goa, more so when I want a relaxing leasure trip to revel in the vibe of the place.

The property is amazing as it feels like living with the nature.. as we were travelling for work, most of our time was spent was just for sleeping and getting ready. The stay is for someone who likes PG Goa style stays in the nature

The price of the food was expensive and since we were staying in a good location we could have got a complimentary breakfast..

Mr Anil the manager was very cooperative in all aspects , he would even reply past midnight & serve us anything that we wanted, the rooms were also very cozy & rustic… Lovely property

Location and theme is very nice

Bathroom didn't have doors. Plus felt a bit unsafe in the bathroom considering reptiles could have entered the property.

Amazingly well designed and thoughtful touches of artworks. A friendly host; humble and helpful. And lots of greenery complimenting a quite getaway.
