Hi we liked the property location , property itself , swimming pool and breakfast

The front office desk lady is very rude in talking even when we call from the room , wifi password is being changed every second and we are spoken rudely and when I asked if it is a five star property she said every five star property is like this and no one give any facilities and lot more , we need to really bring this in front of owners of property that amazing property amazing food amazing basic staff but all is ruined by just the bad behavior of front desk staff which must be taken into account for sure , thank you so much

I had an second floor cabin at the front of the resort with views to the beach. The cabin itself was nice and cosy. Nicely decorated. Bathroom was excellent. shower is massive!

Nothing I didn't like about the resort but due to it's proximity to the beach and all the bars it can be a bit loud at night. Didn't bother me, just something to keep in mind m

Room conditions could have been better. E.g. wash basin, issues with door locks Wi-Fi speed sub optimal Food - would have loved to have some local Goan cuisines in their menu.

everything. the cottages, the surroundings, greenery all around, very well maintained resort. cordial staff. right next to the beach. and their food is the best thing about them. the amazing breakfast buffet spread as well as anything that you will order for kitchen will be top notch. super delicious food and cocktails and everything else.

nothing at all. I did not get to eat their crème brulee is my only disappointment as I did not get it on both my stays.

Breakfast options were great (continental, south indian, desserts). The food at the in-house restaurant was great. Ate there couple of items and tried different items all were very good.

The rooms could have had better lighting.

I had a requirement for one day extension of my stay but the charges were 2x of existing room rates. Have to look for some other nearby property.

Staff very friendly and kind Excellent location away from busiest areas Extremely clean and well presented Beautiful plants and flowers through the couryard areas Our room was very quiet and dark, perfect for jet lag recovery!

It was an excellent stay with a good variety of breakfast availability and location is superb.. sea view is mesmerising from the balcony and room as well

Wi-Fi connectivity is poor
