Cleanliness and the location of the property are good. Metro Station is reachable via Auto (40-50 INR). The staff are good. The linen and the rooms were well maintained. For a short business trip very good.

The breakfast option was only Idly and Vada. Bread butter/jam was also not available. The door lock was very tight. Have to do a good amount of wrist exercise. A hotel rated 3Star should have its reception open at night as well. It completely shuts down at night. And you literally have to bang the main door to get it open.

The breakfast was nice, but the same each day. Please offer masala dosa, uppit, kesari bath, puri on different days.

Coffee/Tea wasn't given on the first breakfast. Hot water wasn't active on third morning, early a.m., which was surprising. My assumption is they have it activated during set hours only, not 24/7 I left checked out early on my third morning and didn't receive the complimentary breakfast which had arrived by 9am the previous 2 days.

The staff was cooperative and the hotel room was looking perfect in terms of cleanliness & very hygienic too. The room was very good and the service was amazing, the washroom was hygienic and the I enjoyed staying at the hotel. The stay was pleasant and the interior lighting and all fixtures were working properly and all facilities were available. The room & washroom was neat, clean & hygienic. The room was very comfortable, the stay was remarkable and the staff was cooperative, Treebo Hotels are worth staying

The location was nearby to my place of interest and the breakfast was served at the right time and was tasty as well.

Only issue was toiletries were not not kept ready in the washroom but was provided on asking.

Budget friendly hotel. Very supportive staff. Met Treebo Manager Rajesh while checkin helped me with local sightseeing & other ideas & support. Good team overall. Nice & memorable stay.

Check in check out timings , noon to noon should be changed, make 24 or 22 hour. Most customers arrive in morning after long journey, need immediate settling

Bed is comfortable. Staff's behaviour is good. Breakfast is ok. Cleaning on a regular basis. The price is affordable. I think it is one of the best hotels to stay at an affordable price in bengaluru. If u come to bengaluru you can choose your stay there.

TV connection is not ok. Internet password renewed after 2 days.

Better customer service and also could aim for good cleanliness. The reason behind me giving this feedback is there were mosquitoes throughout our stay.
