Very friendly staff. The front desk executive Gaurav was very helpful. The room boy and help Ajay was also very soft spoken humble and very sincere person. If this property has good ratings it is only because of the excellent staff they have.

For Double Deluxe Room I booked,the room size was very small. It is ok for 1 guest. But for 2 guests the room will be cramped The AC remote was not working. Water was not draining off in the toilet wash basin. Switches in the toilet are not properly fixed exposing naked wire. Not safe with children. There are many small things such as above which management should have a look into. Once in a while they should come and inspect their property. The entrance of the hotel is dusty which gives a bad impression.

Staff are good helping nature. Ideal location.

No kitchen. No electri kettle. No car parking to be parked on Main road. Rooms are small. Due to Geyser problem changed the room in 2 days stay..

Staff very decent, polite and supportive especially Mr.Shivakumar. Nearby all stores and services available. Good location. Must visit nearby temples.

Good and clean close by all shop and vicnities there are good staff specially house clean the room every 😀time and maintainence are good 👍manger Gaurav are very good and helpful person that's why I visited the octave Jp nagar branch every and each time last Time my stay is longer and we stay this Hotel one month and happy 😊.

Room was smelly room freshner could be kept or could be taken care before check in and when needed

Stay was good. Rooms were clean. Front office staff was very friendly and helpful.

The maintenance part. The ac had some leaks. The maintenance took long to rectify. Did not come with proper tools to service the a/c. Just poured water from a water cup to service the a/c and left. The a/c started leaking again after some time.

Everything was perfectly organised at the requested time.. Thank you team exceptional service...

Maintenance part need to be improved

Spent a night here on business and I must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is quite close to my desitination as well as some business centers in the city. As for the room even though being small but it is excellent and surprisingly comfertable . I would definitely recommend this hotel to others having a businness trip.
