Thr stay was excellent and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The place has great value for money and the location was quite good as well. As I'm new to bangalore it was a bit confusing to find the hotel but once you know where it is, it's very accessible!

The only thing that i was unhappy about was that we were asked to pay an extra 500 for an early checkin. And the hours were weird as well. The checkin being at 1pm and checkout at 11am.

The place is located in Centre of the city with all accessibility near by such as metro, railway station, bus station and resturants. Staff was good but room allotted was little small but very neat and clean. They have in house Restaurant but was close due to pest control but staff brings food for u and also u can order by Zomato.

Bed linens they need to get dry cleaned with some good cleaner as new bed sheets also looks used one. They dont have their personal parking u have to park on road.

Very clean city district! Comfortable ans easy access. Breakfast is not complimentary, but possible. (Vadar, idly, sambar, rice and toast with jam) Very Close to nice Restaurants! Our favourite was the Kanishka Grand!! Nice and Clean room with friendly Hotel Manager and Housekeeping. Warm water was working fine! In the nighttime Just 40mins to Airport

Nearly everything was perfect. Except the Shampoo holders were loose. And the light was very dark. Maybe replace with some more powerfull Led bulbs. In the night it was too dark to read or write with all Lights on. Card holder for electronic room key was loose. So Just some little Things, but improvable :) Aah, and the fan in the bathroom was too noisy and in my opinion Not really working :/

Staff are very courteous. Clean rooms. Room service is good. Only drawback is unavailability of food inside the hotel. The bring it from outside. And we can order by many food delivery app. Overall very nice and hospitable environment. This was my second stay here and will be happy to stay again.

No complimentary tea, coffee or any thing was kept in our room.

A very great room in an affordable price. Bed comfy, room spacious and clean. The stuff was really friendly. I highly recommend

There was the window but the view was completely on the wall of another building. Also the street is quite loud. Those however didn't influence my good experiance in the hotel

Taxi service for one day was not reasonable. Room Rent was also little expensive as I booked for 6 nights

Amazing hotel with Amazing staff. Mr. Ravi is the hotel manager and he was very helpful with all my issues and concerns. The ma’am at the reception was very helpful and polite. The rooms were amazing and cleaned. The food in the hotel is also very good. This has become my go ho hotel whenever i visit Bangalore. Thanks for an amazing experience! :)

The person who sits at the reception during night seems to be least bothered about the guests. Thats the only complaint i have with the hotel. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

Its location is very good and the hotel facilities too! They organised everything we needed. We arrived at the airport and as soon as we had landed, there was a taxi waiting for us. The staff was super friendly. Majestic area is very nice! They kept our backpacks as we spent one day in Mysore. Thank you for everything!!!

The bed was comfortable, location was very convenient if you travel by metro, there were convenience shops around, the staff helped us to get a taxi and let us keep our luggage at the hotel for a whole day after we checked out.

The shower room had a weird odour, there were dust on some places and when AC was on, it had a little smell.

That's was awesome,I stayed for 2days staff was good, restroom are very cleaness daily base cleaning room.really I enjoyed,wortherable for money.for couple's and family nice ☺️☺️😍
