New hotel very neat & clean, good amenities & in house diner. located at the centre of Bangalore, nearby with variety of shops & exchange places.

Shower area should be separated , as the whole toilet is wet when taken shower.

Even though the room was a bit small, all default facilities were provided. Since I was a solo traveller, I found the room size to not be an issue. The food spread was good. Rarely do you find Masala Dosa as the default choice for breakfast, and I liked it.

The hotel was unique and beautiful. There staffs are always up to help for anything.. Great location and breakfast is v goood.. Overall everything was excellent.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the vovo hotels and I was absolutely blown away. Everything about my stay was excellent, from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I was particularly impressed by the who was able to help me book reservations at restaurants and attractions, and even give me directions to local shops. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had everything I needed for a relaxing stay, including a TV, and coffee maker. The bathroom was also very clean and modern,

- Customer service was good. - Free breakfast was tasty. - Room was very spacious and comfortable. - Very easy to contact reception for any assistance. - Was easy to contact them via email and Whatsapp.

- Breakfast started late on one of the days by approx. 5min. - The official address of the hotel isn't the correct location of the hotel in Google Maps. The hotel had to provide me the name of a hotel in front of it (Arafa Inn) in order for me to locate their hotel on Google Maps.

great value for money in a great location within Bengaluru making it easy to navigate around the city. The communication and check in process was simple. My partner and I both really enjoyed the breakfast which offered both Indian and western options. A great option if it's your first time in Bengaluru.

No complaints. Everything was as advertised. Room was functional with a good amount of space.

The location of the hotel is fine for us as we two ladies came alone and near having places for shopping as well as we found a taxi near hotel for fair price to travel up & down for our training center. Also, the hotel taken responsibility to airport drop & pickup as our request to them for a reasonable price. Moreover, the breakfast is superb with more Indian unique foods.

It will be better if there having a hair dryer, iron, mini fridge in the room and if they arrange water bottles on daily basis even though we weren't request.

Before the arrival it was a bit chaotic, because the hotel didn’t answer our messages in advance. And they contacted us on the day of our arrival, which was a bit late.

The food was delicious, and the breakfast spread was absolutely amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly and always greeted me with a smile, which added to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The cleanliness and crispness of the linens were top-notch, reflecting the attention to detail throughout the property. This hotel is definitely on my list for a revisit.
