Clean rooms in a very center of the city with all good restaurants and transport facinearby

I had booked online a day earlier. Early morning upon arrival I paid the room rent got a receipt and was shown the room. A cup of tea followed. My request for drinking 2ater bottle was immediately delivered in my room. Operation of tv hot water in toilet was demonstrated. Very quick and professional.

The hotel is situated at a good place though there are certain steps on cleanliness on entry path has to be taken. There is no facility for food. One have to take some steps out side the hotel premises for having food by crossing the improvable path stated above. Room and bath room was not bad.

Location, Staff Behaviour,Room Service, 24 x 7 hot water unlike many other hotels I stayed.

Presence of small cockroaches here and there, when lights are switched on. Apart from these, room was spotlessly clean.

I saw the receptionist on 17th morning around 11AM.. He was super cute, and has brilliance of energy. I forget to ask his name. He was very helpful too. I totally loved his ambiance and him❤

Whenever I go out and comes inside the room, I can smell some bad odour from the room. After 10mins only it's getting back to normal that too if I switch on the fan. Please look after that alone. Also the AC wasn't working properly, no cooling at all. Since I came alone, I haven't created any problem, but everyone who comes, if they face this issue, they won't go like me. Please check that too

The surroundings on the hotel were not satisfied and room size is very small

Was a great stay and the location right next to the metro junction is great. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Would stay there again.

Better sealing of the windows would be great so mosquitos can't get in

The location is great.staff were quite good.Overall you can go for it.

I check-in at 2 am and they give us the room whose toilet flush is not working although after I complained they shifted us to a new room in the morning at 7-8 am.Also TV was not working.

Hotel Embassy lodge is excellent and stay was very pleasant. rooms service was extradentary good. attitude towards customer service was excellent and we are totally satisficed, Manger Irfan was extremely kind hearted and he helped us more. Room service is awesome. i will award full rating. 10/10. Embassy Lodge is very nearer to Bangalore city railway station, Kempe gowde bus stand and Majestic. nearby more number of Hotels are there. transportation is really good. without hesitation we can books Room in Embassy Lodge. we really enjoyed the environment.

Room service, cleanliness, taking more care towards guest, more patience and they are helping the guest with more kind hearted. excellent service. very nearer to all the Bangalore tourist locations.
