Clean and new

Breakfast, especially toast and butter seemed to be really risky in hygienic POV. Staff touches every toast by fingers and guests have to use same knife for butter and jam. Looks terrible

Hi, My name is Maria Daisy Pinto I booked the hotel in Januaary . I was reminded of my stay closer to my vacation. I wouldn't say it is very close to the airport. However, it is in the prime area called Gandhi Nagar. It is very easy to locate and has a great landmark called Moti Mahal . Very close to Majestic busstand and lots of attraction places to see . One thing I would say you need to call the hotel and confirm if you are checking in earlier than your check-in time . My flight arrived at 12 an and we had to wait few hours. Once we went to the hotel, the staff was very humble, polite ,courteous, and asked us to refresh and wait in the lobby. Hotels General Manager was very humble and apologized for the misunderstanding. We liked the hospitality, food at hotel and guest services, close to transportation and majestic bus stop, breakfast was really good and felt at home. Room services were very good, too . Not pricy and very reasonable for the comfort

I was under the impression that we could check in earlier than 12 pm . May be someone from the hotel could have clarified . Anyhow , it was just a misunderstanding on our part, too.

This was definitely my favorite hotel I stayed in over my first 2 weeks in India. The location was great, it was very convenient for public transport and finding cabs/tuk tuks. The rooms were spacious and clean, everything worked properly, and they were very comfortable. The property had an attached bar/restaurant with really good staff that made good food. The staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was free on the 7th floor of the hotel and was pretty decent, although there wasn’t nearly enough seating in that area for guests (I sat and ate on the steps outside one morning) and they didn’t serve coffee. WiFi aside, this hotel was a super comfortable place to stay, and the price made it a good value. I would absolutely stay here again if I came back to Bengaluru

Aside from the breakfast area not having enough seating, my only real complaint was about the wifi. Each floor had 2 different routers, which I thought was overkill, but then I realized was necessary because maybe 25% of the routers worked properly at any given time. At one point during my stay none of the routers worked with an iPhone somehow (me and the only employee with an iPhone couldn’t access internet). My laptop was only able to access the internet in the lobby. And switching between routers every so often was necessary to keep connected. Still, even though the WiFi situation was a bit frustrating at times, it was the best of the 5 different hotels I stayed at in and around Bengaluru, so take my complaints with a grain of salt.

I had the pleasure of staying in this hotel for 4 nights, and I must say, the rooms exceeded my expectations in terms of both comfort and value for the price we paid. In addition to our fantastic accommodations, super speed wifi, we decided to indulge in some food from the hotel's restaurant, and the dishes were exceptionally tasty. One aspect that truly stood out was the friendly and attentive staff. They went out of their way to make our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to both budget travelers and business travelers looking for a blend of comfort and luxury during their stay. It's a hidden gem that offers exceptional value.

We booked 2 separate bed including extra space room. We checked in around 11PM on first day and they arranged wrong room with a double 1 bed with small space. After i spoke with the owner through the WhatsApp and he arranged the correct room from second day morning including complementary breakfast. Air conditioner not working for whole second day. After several complaints, the technician fixed the problem.

- The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great. - The cuisine at the restaurant was appetizing. - The property is situated close to several hospitals and shopping malls. - The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable

- Expand the breakfast options to accommodate the tastes of our international guests. - There is no fitness center available. - Guests are required to request tissues and water bottles each time they are needed. - Each room is given only one card, which can be difficult to manage at times.

My recent stay at Narthaki Boutique Hotel during a business trip left me utterly impressed and completely satisfied. Decent & neat place to stay & close to Majestic. Room is big enough, bed is comfortable and has everything needed for a traveller. Breakfast is typically South Indian apart from fresh fruits, bread and egg. Good enough to start your day.

Most uncomfortable is the extremely small size of the bath section. Any medium & large sized person will not even be able to bend & touch his / her feet without hurting himself/ herself. Very poor design.

Clean and stylish rooms, Diverse Breakfast buffet, The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. Room cleaning service was always perfect. Restaurant Food was outstanding good value for the Money. The Area was okay. It was not bad and not good. The bathrooms were very clean and modern. This Hotel offers so much value for the money it costs. We really enjoyed our stay at Narthaki Boutique Hotel.

Very helpful staff, especially guy who helped us with luggages and searching taxi outside the hotel (his task was to open the door and put the luggage in/out of the car but for us he did a lot more). We had a problem because taxi driver that we had booked to take us to the airport didn't come and all of receptionists tried to help us book new taxi. Thanks to them we were on time at the airport and didn't miss the plane.

There is nothing to be disliked about this place... Right from the management, the room, the service, the food, the location everything is perfect and amazing....No complaints at all....

The place is wonderful there is nothing to be disliked... Everything was top-notch...I have visited many places and stayed in the famous and top-rated hotels.. This hotel is standing tall with those famous ones in town...
