Great Stay at Holiday Inn Bengaluru My stay at Holiday Inn Bengaluru was truly great. The breakfast and dinner offerings were exceptional, with an impressive variety of dishes to suit every taste. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and consistently helpful, going out of their way to ensure a seamless and comfortable experience. The room was well-appointed, clean, and cozy, with a breathtaking view from the balcony that added a special touch to my stay. The pool area provided the perfect balance of relaxation and space for a refreshing swim. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bengaluru, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

There was nothing that I did not like

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the courteous and polite staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Their professionalism and attentiveness were commendable. The room was immaculately clean, with all the amenities thoughtfully provided. It was clear that great care is taken to ensure the comfort of guests. The food was of excellent quality, with a variety of options to suit different tastes. Each meal was a treat, showcasing the effort put into the culinary experience. The atmosphere of the hotel was warm and friendly, creating a sense of ease and relaxation throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel's location is ideal, providing convenient access to key areas, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, my stay was exceptional, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable, enjoyable, and hassle-free experience.

Nothing to complain!

Nice and helpful staffs from front counter, housekeeping to Cafe G staffs.. Room is very comfortable with good quality toiletries👍 and i appreciate that they provide extra water bottles without any extra cost Food was good since i tried both the buffet breakfast and dinner and plenty of vegetarian options too Very strategic location to move around the cities with uber and mostly it was walking distance to where i wanted to go Mahabodhi Vihara 🙏

The attention to detail. The homeliness....Soumyaddep, their operations manager was very kind and accommodating when we needed a ride. Their executive chef, Mr Ajit was marvelous. Ms Neha at the reception was awesome and so understanding. The restaurant staff was amazing. Everything about the hotel was welcoming and homely. Had a wonderful stay. Thank you Holiday Inn.

Great location overlooking the racecourse. Comfortable room, although quite small and a bit cramped. An armchair in the room would have been a nice addition, but then, it would need space which the room didn't have. Three restaurants serving a variety of cuisine. Chef Ajit was outstanding and went out of his way to assist at breakfast. The breakfast itself, is to die for. A very extensive spread of everything from cereal, oats, pancakes and bagels to idlis, vadas and stuffed parathas. I haven't breakfasted like that since I was a kid. The staff throughout the hotel were exemplary. Warm, hospitable, friendly, ever ready to serve and assist. Unfortunately, all good things come to an end and we sadly departed after three wonderful days. Thank you, Holiday Inn.

Room size, cramped. Lack of English language programming on TV. No bedside alarm clock, nor any music.

Amazing lavish breakfast spread with live counters for freshly brewed chai, sweet pancakes, bacon, omelets, dosas, etc. Breakfast spread and baked things like croissant, pain au chocolat, spinach danish, etc were amazing ! Room was on the smaller size but super cozy queen size bed and comfortable chair to sit and watch TV and chill. TV had good English Hindi channels. Shampoo, body wash, towels, all were provided. Iron was helpful. Amazing view of the racecourse even from their Deluxe category room. Helpful staff, not always smiling but were always genuine and proactive in helping to the point they’ll not even allow me to serve my own coffee, they always stepped forward to serve. very professional and genuine staff.

Nothing ! Everything was perfect.

Amazing staff,so caring and understanding. Exceptional guest service by the chefs kitchen staff and Tahseen, the duty manager. Outstanding supervisor who is on the ground to assist his staff and the guests. Felt like we are at home. He even arranged for last minute airport drop off when our transport didn't turn up. Thankful to driver Chandra as well for tjhe safe ride to the airport. Vinaka Tahseen and team. Keep shining

Room cleanliness requires some uplift

Location is excellent, the staff is also courteous and well trained. I liked the way they decorated my room on my birthday and the cake that they sent for me.

The room sizes are not great but then that is understandable, given that its a business hotel. Would suggest to leisure travellers to book a suite instead and also enjoy the view of the racecourse.

Specially the food n the ambience of the restaurant. Location of the property n race course view is just great. It’s located in the centre of the city.

Staff crunch I suppose as I tried to reach for a cup of tea n no one reached!! After I called the reception n things happened!!
