Breakfast, Buffet dinner is huge with reasonable price. Room is good and bigger. I would like to give special compliments to the reception staff. Very helpful and supportive. Staff at breakfast and housekeeping staff also very kind. Thank you for Everything.

being such a big brand how can you say that out side food is not allowed, no hotel put such conditions , only cheap or small time hotels put such conditions so please remove this conditions , this does not to a brand like you , you can't force your guests to buy from you only, if I don't like your foods then you can't force me

Room was Good and Neat with Good service.

Room Cost was Fine but the Food Cost was Very High, just 2 days breakfast and 2 days dinner for a single person I have paid almost the 55% of the Room cost ( I stayed for 2 nights ). Location was the next concern were cab drivers can't able to reach out easily.

The property is more than Our Expectations. Whenever We visit Bangslote we will stsy this hotel only. And I circulate my Group and friends to stay this hotel. We tequest the management please allot a room for us ! Regards Sai Lakkaraju

Room was good and Big and comfortable

Towels is too Old and not so cleen .I talk to the lady in front desk and she arranged good towels for me . The area around the is bad

The bed cover was very clean.. I was experiencing first time such a clean bed cover.. in a Hotel.. Very Spacious room for two occupants. Service staff from the gate to the reception counter was excellent.

Water draining in the toilet was not proper.. Hand shower at the toilet seat is not easy to use.

Location, size of the room, superb breakfast, convenient to market, housekeeping response is better than the reception

Management is delay, You have to ask twice-thrice for the one request. No good fitness center

I THINK ROOM SERVICE IS NEEDS TO MORE BETTER , BECAUSE THERE NO FOOD AND BEVERAGE MENU CARDS INSIDE THE ROOM, NO ROOM SERVICE NUMBER

The team at the reception was very cordial and helpful with all our queries. They even upgraded us to suite rooms.
