The hotel is simple and calm.

The hotel is not able to accept foreign credit cards, so be prepared with sufficient Rs or pay in advance. The bed is soft and sinking which makes a little backache. The water heater temperature is not consistent, sometimes cold sometimes hot.

The amenities in the room were good.

The Info given on the booking.com regarding Airport shuttle is provided by this Hotel. I had requested for the shuttle from airport to Hotel on message thru your site, but there was no response to it. Upon enquiring the same with Hotel on arrival, they said they dont have any airport shuttle facility. The TV channels provided thru DTH were only free channels.I could not get channels of my choice like Z Tv

Good Location, extremely good and friendly staff.

The WIFI is extremely choppy and was cutting out. The rest of the stay was excellent.

Decent room, Underground parking, lot of local eateries around.

I was double charged for the room. I booked through booking.com and they refunded the amount, but it took me a month to get sorted and apparently Rialto was not responding to their messages. Also, the hotel is in a prime location with lot of traffic and a bus stand next to it
