I've stayed in this facility for more than 4 days The stay was comfy and cozy. The management was helpful.MR Ahmed made sure I had no issues with the stay and everything went smooth.

The virtual reception was first time for me and was absolutely seamless. The staffs were courteous and soft-spoken. The service and room comfort were more than worth the price. Definitely going to stay again and recommend to others!

The infrastructure of the washroom could be better, and a restaurant can be attached to the hotel instead of the bar.

Location near Embassy Business park. Good rates for the location. Well maintained and clean rooms, linen and towels. Wifi with room fresheners across hallways. Professional staff with apt hospitality. If the room size was a bit bigger, It could easily pass for a four star. Had a wonderful stay for two nights, in fact the best compared to all other stays I had to book recently for work in bangalore.

Staff are really good. Especially housekeeping staff is very professional and had a very homely stay.

The location is near to airstrip so expect frequent noise of aircraft’s and veg food outside surrounding is at farther place.

The amenities are really and the staff is very friendly . It was very calm and pleasant to stay . The housekeeping were good and the cleanliness was top notch . Ahmed was really helpful and very nice!

- water issues - parking can be much better - lift helos elders when they rarely visit - doorstep delivery which was there for me but isnt a facility there
