Very good staff and the management is amazing and prompt. Even if you send a message they will reply promptly with accurate answers. They will arrange parking facilities with utmost care as the property is in. Heart of blore city . So you can imagine the hassles. Also the rooms are uniquely designed. Forget not to explore the traditional Tibetan instruments and couture decupting things all over the property

Tibetan decor, friendly staff, instant hot water and powerful shower. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed. Efficient, quiet air con and fan. One of the only places I've stayed with multi country electrical plugpoints - could use my UK plugs without an adaptor. Lots of plugpoints well situated. Shelves for putting tjinfs on in bathroom and room. Shelf specially for suitcase. Lovely large, modern bathroom and shower.

Not much. Restaurant was a little slow on service but not too bad. Couldn't find fault with rooms at all except that my room was quite small, but everything worked!

While the location of the hotel is little crowded, the hotel gives best comfort and peace of mind once you entered its door. The well done Tibetan decorations and interiors, the staff team, the overall food menu, all are good. Mel and Rebecca made my stay especially comfortable, and their manager (forgot his name!)

They cant do anything about the location of the property. Also, while the world is changing, room rents can be bit more reduced so that economy of scale can cover the costs. Also, the rooms can have a working table too, as some of us will have things to read and write even during a personal trip.

We loved the cosiness and tastefulness of this calm oasis in the middle of busy Bangalore! We received warm service with smiles from the heart from Utse Suites, and was super happy with them going out of their way to cook us a nice Nepalese breakfast for our early morning checkout. Super yummy! Thank you!

The room was extremely neat and clean. The triple sharing was compact, but it had enough privacy. Jenny is amazing.. always available.on call and super nice to the guests

My only problem was that they didn't include breakfast service.

The location was good - we could walk to markets easily. The staff were also really friendly and helpful.

If you’re a light sleeper, this place isn’t appropriate for you as the walls are really thin. You could hear people walking and talking in the corridor. Also the opening and closing of other room doors

I liked everything including the ambiance of the hotel, it's customer friendly, Friendliness of staffs and good service are awesome !!!! They were at your service all the time with a smiling faces. It's a short distance away from the main shopping hub, Commercial street and the MG road. UTSE Suites, a good place to try on

Very cute property and an even more amazing staff. Decorated in Tibetan Buddhist style, Utse gave a very calming view to who ever entered through its doors. Immediately got transported to a serene state of mind with the music, decor and friendly staff.
