the staff was very helpful,kind and accommodating.the exam hall was infront of the venue which is 120steps away.very convenient to all test takers.

The hotel was in an excellent location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was very nice with a choice of hot food and fruit and cereal, and the popular restaurant downstairs was reasonably priced and had excellent food

The hotel is in nice location. Rooms have ac and are clean, the bathroom was always clean. The towels and gels are provided. The restaurant downstairs is amazing! stuff is very friendly. 8min from metro station.

In one room we found 1 cockroach but after complaint we got new room and it was okay. The breakfast was not very tasty and every day the same.

staffs are accommodating and kind, can communicate well

they are letting visitors come to the room (other guests' room) that makes the hallway crowded and very noisy (not minding other guests) plus the transportation noisy sounds outside really disturbing.

Helpful and accomodating staff.

It is centrally located a short distance to most city attractions, staffs are accommodating ,rooms are average but kept clean, the restaurant has good selection of affordable Indian dishes.

I just hope the service crew wont loiter the corridor that much since most conversations are heard from the rooms , my room is adjacent to the street traffic noise is expected, can be sound proof.

Breakfast was amazing. The location was good it was near the markets and the place we intended to go. Service was perfect.

Nothing everything was good. The card didn't work inside the room and was manual ( which wasn't a problem), just change that.

Staff were very accommodating and all nice. Very helpful. From frontdesk and the bellboys. Especially the brothers i think sajit and i forgot the other one who's making our request possible. Excellent work guys! Keep it up.

Good budget hotel, Clean and comfortable

Is quite busy as attached to restaurant, however can't fault the food. No lobby
