The Manager Lohith Devaiah and staff were very helpful and even let us into our room although we arrived at 4am and check in was supposed to be 12:00 am This included waking up the gemntleman who cleaned the rooms at 4 in the morning! The hotel is ideally situated for the Bangalore nightlife and is very central We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Bangalore. There’s are two restaurants on the floor above with amazing views of Bangalore. They even had a visiting Egyptian Vulture!!

Arriving at night our Taxi driver found it difficult to locate the hotel as building work was in progress and the main entrance for cars was closed off. However after the initial confusion things were sorted out very quickly

Noise from club upstairs went well into the night and was a bit of a disturbance

The hotel is just about one floor in a building : the Barton Center. The location of this hotel is very good. The staff is great. Breakfast is a room service. Perhaps i would have prefered a buffet in a room outside my room.

The rooms are just under a restaurant on the 13th Floor ( quite famous, i recommend). So you can hear at evening/night the chairs mouvement on the floor.

The Hotel is on the 12th floor of the Barton Centre, below a series of excellent restaurants on the 13th floor. Rooms are large, the staff is very helpful and the semi-pedestrianized and lively Church Street is just behind the building. Cubbon Park is also steps away, albeit across a couple of well-trafficked roads.

Signage at ground level seems nonexistent, so you should just be aware of the location and proceed to the 12th floor.

extremely helpful staff, each and every person very kind and fast reacting - especially service man cleaning room and reception people, room was very comfortable and all facilities were provided, additionally the location is exceptional, walking distance to all bars and restaurants

Room was spacious with high speed internet, wide TV loaded with Android TV , big balcony, courteous staff. Al Carte delicious breakfast in the room.

Shower needs a uplift. No hand shower. Exhaust fan was noisy.

First class hospitality. Lovely spacious room with a great view of Bangalore. The team were friendly and helpful at every stage. Also the restaurants upstairs s and get some of the best food I had on my trip. Top tip, try the Burmese Khaoswe, it's insanely good.

I really like the rooms. The rooms are very spacious. Staff are friendly and always willing to help. Manager Mr. Lohith and his team are very supportive. And 13th Floor has a pub with a beautiful night view of the city.

Big rooms

The main tower gates will not open early in the morning, so in case you want to leave early in th morning, you have to go to the basement in order to exit the tower

Location was the best for our needs - close to MG/Brigade Road - in a nice building (Barton Center). Restaurants on 13th floor had great food and view options. Enjoyed the stay overall. Room/Suite layout was also very good.

Some artwork or pictures in the bedroom would help enhance the look and feel. If not, it looks too drab. Locker did not work. Otherwise, everything was great. Didn't understand concept of common booking for the three restaurants upstairs. Would have helped if the reception staff explained before asking us to choose one.
