I stay at your property every 6 months during my bi-annual visits, and the services of Sandeep and his team, especially Pradeep, Anand, Bhaskar, Nandan, have always been great and above any criticism. This time around when I had to visit your property three times within a span of three weeks, during my pre-operative and post-operative recovery period, it will be amiss of me to not call out the exceptional services we received from each of them. Sandeep, especially, goes over and beyond to ensure that the guests are as comfortable as possible, and Pradeep’s attention to detail over a guest’s requirements make them a solid team. Even during busy hours, they ensure that every guest is catered to the tee. It will be amiss of me if I do not mention Chef Dilbar - it was his skill that ensured adherence to my no oil-no spice diet plan without any compromise on either quality or taste. In fact, Sandeep and him would meticulously go through what my requirements were, and Chef Dilbar would then proceed to make his own creations that were truly delectable! Him and Sandeep are worthy assets of your property. This time around, I would like to mention Prince Misra from your front desk who helped settle the double billing that I was inadvertently subjected to by one of your new staffs during my prior stay and Bishal who had become more astute of a guests requests, and completed the full and final billing in my room so that I may not have to stand and get the paperwork done. I sincerely hope this exceptional service continues, and I recommend this property to anyone who is visiting Bangalore and is looking for a quiet, clean and comfortable stay in the heart of the city.

Stayed at Vivanta recently and had a mixed experience. Let’s start with the positives—the breakfast was absolutely amazing! A wide variety of options, fresh ingredients, and everything was delicious. A special mention to Chef Nishant from Agra, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. His warm hospitality really made mornings enjoyable. The room itself was nice—clean, well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable, which made for a restful stay.

The experience was let down by the check-in staff. I was promised a pool view room during booking, but was given a city view instead. On top of that, I was charged an extra ₹500+ for some unclear reason cited as “tax,” which wasn’t communicated transparently. This left a sour taste at the beginning of the stay. Overall, while the hospitality in the dining area was excellent, the front desk service could definitely use improvement.

In the heart of the city, with all facilities in 5 star. Amazing friendly and sound staff at the front desk, in room dining, housekeeping, spa and everywhere around. Brigade Road and MG road are adjacent to the stay making the property even more promising. Delicious food with stunning varieties and hats off the Chef and his team for making me still carve for the food I ate there.

If you looking for spacious rooms with outdoor sports then this isn’t the place.

Great hotel in a very central location in the heart of Bangalore. Staff could not do enough to help and really helped my elderly father when I left him in their hands for a week. The breakfast is superb and my father enjoyed the set meal option every night.

The city room was a little noisy for me and they moved me to a quieter room on the same floor which was smaller but much better for me.

Fittings in bathroom were not properly maintained, shower control knob came right off, and water started gushing out. However, staff responded immediately and rectified the fitting. Hooks should be provided in the bathroom to hang garments that are removed. Stone bench in the shower area is dangerous; if someone slips and falls, they'll hit their head on the bench. Do take into consideration these suggestions to improve your excellent hotel further.

The location is practical for business travellers. The hotel staff was particularly supportive during my stay. I happened to have an issue with my Airtel card and the staff helped me fix this issue efficiently. Similarly, while trying to get my driver from Ola, they kindly offered to guide the driver all the way to the hotel. These are small details but it did help. The refurbished rooms are well crafted and sleek looking. The breakfast without being extravagant is overall quite diverse in its offering.

The gym got unexpectedly under renovation while being there. It would have been good to inform the visitors in advance of the work being undertaken in the facility.

Very friendly staff and at times felt lot of staff around. Very good spread of items for breakfast. Also eggs and Dosas made on demand. Room was spacious and cleaned daily

Would have ben nice if complimentary Tea/Coffee had been offered after checkout as we had a very long wait before the flight.

I found all staff members to be very professional. The chef runs a great kitchen with delicious food. The reception is very helpful. Duty manager Swati understood my objective for a particular mission and provided me with the best Chauffeur in Bangaluru Prasad. Thank you all!

The location was amazing, we could walk out to restaurants and shops. Breakfast, room and fitness center were great

In spite of providing advance notice while checking in that we would have to check out early, there was a lot of back and forth with Booking and the hotel to make the change.

The buffet breakfast was extensive. The staff were incredibly attentive and responsive. The security, the reception, housekeeping and room service staff were all lovely. We felt welcomed and comfortable right away. The rooms were well appointed though a bit small. Bathroom is awesome. All the amenities and constant restocking of toiletries.

Probably less construction, but that wasn’t their fault. Couldn’t really sit outside in the garden side. Wifi was a bit spotty.
