I had an absolutely perfect stay even if it was just for one night! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner's son, and Rachita. She is incredibly kind, welcoming, and truly dedicated. She went above and beyond to help me, even calling around to help me find another place to stay for the rest of my trip. Such a wonderful person! Breakfast on the terrace was a real treat: fresh fruit, a delicious lemon juice, and a lovely cup of tea all in a peaceful and charming setting. There’s also an elevator, which was super helpful for carrying luggage. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything. The location is excellent very well situated and within walking distance to the city center. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept really well. In short: a warm welcome, outstanding service, a great atmosphere, and a perfect location. I highly recommend this place!

My second stay at Terrace Gardens, worth coming here just so that you can sit on the terrace in the evening and watch the bats fly over from Lal Bagh, whilst the red kites and crows soar above them. This is good, no non nonsense accommodation in central Bangalore, a stone's throw from MG Road and Garuda Mall. A good WiFi connection which worked for my phone but not for my laptop. Breakfast was great, sitting on the terrace, waiting for the day to begin.

It would have been nice to have the option to pay for a cold beer when I arrived, but unfortunately there were no cold beers.

The location is perfect if you wanna take the Metro or walkable if it is to MG Road and Church Street. Their breakfast was fulfilling. Hot serve and tasty too :) Made the booking via Booking.com and got a free upgrade too! :D Loved the Ultra Deluxe room and felt so preminum for the amount I paid.

There is nothing or very less to dislike about the stay but an improvement factor could be covering all the dining area tables with umbrellas as there are possible encounters with nature's work while having breakfast.

The location, in a quiet residential street, was perfect to walk around the city late into the night and get back to the comfort of the room as if it was our house. The staff was polite and helpful for all our needs. Breakfast on the terrace with freshly served dishes was an added bonus. The garden view from our room is what we requested and got.

There was one good chair and one cheap plastic chair in the room. My suggestion is to keep 2 good chairs with a small table to have coffee or take in the view. Also, only tea bags were in the tray. No coffee. It was not an issue for us as we both had the tea. However, housekeeping should ensure that this is stocked properly.

Location was excellent - close to where I wanted to go. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Room could have been a little bit spacious. Bathroom was also cramped. Hot water was not there always. Lots of steps - not useful for old people and those having difficulty walking. No lift facility to the rooms.

Terrace gardens is a very nice guesthouse/hotel located in a leafy central location. The communication with staff prior to arrival and during our stay was excellent. They were very helpful with booking tickets and advising us on transport. The room we had was spacious and quiet, with a good bathroom. The breakfast was good.

As everywhere, the Internet is was not always stable.

Location of the Premise is good and the staffs are very kind as well. Excellent Comfort and the cleanliness is quiet good. Value for the money and the food was excellent.

Kindly allow those who have kids with them to eat inside their room. Since our kid is a bit speech delayed kid, it's not easy for them to suit in new environment. That's my humble request.

I cannot say enough about this wonderful place. It was a total delight to stay in. It is very clean, the food is so fresh and home made. I stayed for 9 nights, had the breakfasts and dinner every day. I am a solo women traveller and I felt very safe here. The location is great, close to a large mall and MG road. Mary, Gautam and the staff are so helpful and made you feel so at home. Lovely breakfast and dinner rooftop area with plants and ornaments. Thank you everyone for a your wonderful hospitality..totally recommend this place to all.

Breakfast was good and wholesome. The dosas and idlis melt in your mouth.. Lunch was a lovely veg thali and scrumptious with a variety of dishes. The staff, Mary and Akash need special mention. They are warm and endearing & made our stay memorable. The owners, Mrs. Kaushalya and family are very gracious. Not to forget Chef, Dinesh and Santosh who took care of our every need.

Wonderful, clean, quiet place to stay in hectic Bengaluru. All the staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. This was at the start of our trip in India and they agreed to be our reference for our Visa application. Mary was also very helpful when I bought an Indian SIM (you need an Indian phone contact). The breakfast was very good and is served on the lovely terrace garden. The room was spacious, clean and surprisingly quiet at night.
