The noise in the neighbourhood, due to an ongoing construction, right next door! The spring mattress in our cot, which didn't help the sore back! No in-house laundry(washing machine), especially when you are staying for a longer period. Also, an additional bathroom/toilet, would have been helpful as well:) Finally, a competitive rate, would certainly make it even more appealing😊 Nevertheless, it was a wonderful experience overall! Excellent location. Very close to Garuda Mall, Brigade, M. G. Road & Residency Road. Very nice eateries withing walking distance from this property. The staff was very pleasant and ever willing to help and answer queries. Overall a very pleasant experience

The housekeeping could have been a little better. The boys were very eager to please but did not seem to really understand the finer points of good housekeeping. A supervisor doing the routine checks will go a long way in improving the standards of housekeeping. Simple things like replacing the missing shower curtain will prevent the water from splashing on the commode and all over the wash room. Small things if taken care of will go a long way in making your place from 8 to 10

We stayed at the 'Olive Hotel Magrath by Embassy Group' for 2 nights. It is situated about a 10 minutes walk away from the Gandhi road & its metro station. The hotel is situated in a quiet road within a busy area. Ride-sharing services like Uber were readily available. We reached the hotel around 10.30 PM after our late-night flight. The caretaker was welcoming, and we communicated remotely with the receptionist to complete the check-in formalities. We got a room on the 2nd floor, which was accessible by the elevator. The room was clean and sufficiently spacious. It was equipped with a table, chair, couple of bedside tables, television, mini-refrigerator, electric kettle, wardrobe & A/C. The bathroom was sufficiently spacious and clean, and the hot water worked without an issue. Towels, soap, and amenities were available. Room service was available throughout the stay. The property had a common area on the top floor adjacent to the dining area. The breakfast was basic but good. Overall, it was a good accommodation in Bengaluru.

We found the chairs and tables in the dining area a bit dirty, so we hope they will take measures to clean them daily.

The room was large and comfy, and the breakfast was fantastic ( very well handled by Yasif). The staffs were really helpful and friendly with a special mention to Harish and not forgetting Rupesh and team. Cleanliness was up to expectations. Location is ideal with malls and eateries within walking distance. The WiFi connection was good throughout. Overall a pleasant stay.

The creaky beds were a downside for me, it can be disturbing for light sleepers. Would be good if the firestick for the tv worked on both TV's instead one at a time. Limited in house food menu for room service - not so ideal for long stays. Simple seating arrangements in the balcony would have been great instead of leaving it empty. Furnitures and fittings may need a little refurbishment and maintenance.

The location is perfect. The staff is polite and helpful. Special shout-out to Harish, Pavitra, Praveen and Moin. They ensured that the check in process was seamless, my request for early check-in was possible and that my stay was comfortable. They have a working space with a coffee machine and fast internet on the top floor so it's perfect if you need to work. The breakfast is basic but good. I've booked it again for the last leg of my trip. All the best to the team!!

It would be nice if they include tea/ coffee in the room service menu. The towels look like they've reached the end of their life, it would help if the management replaced them. They weren't dirty or stained, just old. New linen would be helpful too. Again, it wasn't dirty, just old.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to Brigade Road, within walking distance of MG road metro station. Although it is an older property our suite room was quite comfortable, housekeeping and cleanliness were very good. Breakfast was good with quite a bit of choice. There are common areas for guests to use which is very nice.

There is currently a construction site close by, so there can be quite a bit of external noise at night

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The location was so safe and peaceful, and waking up to the sounds of birds was just delightful. The staff, especially Haris, Hemanth, Praveen, and Pavithra, were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. They even assisted us in ordering food from outside. The rooms were clean and confortable, and we loved the morning buffet on the fifth floor outdoor area. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Bangalore! ❤️

The location is right next to Garuda Mall. Very centrally located, but peaceful and quiet. Good light and ventilation, well maintained facilities. TV had all Netflix, Prime, Disney+ Hotstar, etc. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Food provided at the property is also decent. 24/7 unlimited drinking water available at the coolers placed on every floor. Good bottled water is also available on request. The basic cutlery provided in the kitchen was very clean too. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

1) The A/Cs work, but cooling wasn't adjustable, so felt a little hot at night. 2) The balcony was exactly facing an office building's window, which prevented us from using it more. However, I should mention that these problems weren't dealbreakers at all, and I'll be returning to this property soon!

Staff at Olive Magrath needs my humble applauds for the way they are defining Hospitality while situated in the prime location (just behind the Garuda Mall) of the Garden City of India, called Bangalore. Early check in was given upon the request after a long international travel. Very comfortable bed with the perfect airconditioner with a bigger restroom & living room with the comfortable couch was quite welcoming. Round the clock staff is available for the service even in odd hours. Security is very alert, swift & helping. Breakfast was simple yet delicious ghee dosa and basic continental items were making a happy morning along with fruits. Room was cleaned meticulously by the efficient housekeeping team. Planning to return to this property soon and hoping to be accommodated in the same room as before. Keep up the excellent job, guys.

This was my second time staying there within a span of one month. The location is perfect and the staff is really helpful and polite. There were maintenance activities going on which shows that they care about up keeping the hotel. There's space to work with good WiFi.

The towels need to be changed. The towel lint was shedding when I used it. The water was continuously leaking into the pot. It's just a lot of water wastage. The plumbing was being repaired in other rooms so I'm assuming they'll work on it too.
