I mostly liked everything and everyone, more importantly the staff, Amazing staff starting with Gourav in front desk,Maleaka then Sanjoy from Concierge. Restaurant staff were also amazing. Security guys too. My room was upgraded the second day due to small issue in A/C . I had a health issue in the night,Rushed to nearby hospital,Security and staff from the hotel escorted me for 4 hours in the hospital till I went back safely to the hotel. Which hotel would do that ?. Second day everyone was asking how i became, wishing me good health. Thanks to all the staff and management of this hotel.

No outdoor facilities like a garden or a restaurant where you can enjoy the nice weather of Bangalore.

Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable and so are the pillows. Breakfast is good. The Spa provides very good treatments. The gym is small, but the equipment is in very good condition. The pool is clean and very relaxing to sit by or in. The food in the restaurant is good..The wines are good, but a little too pricey. Without exception, all staff were very helpful, attentive and professional. A special thanks to Nisha at the Spa, Girish, Arachana and Vidya in the restaurant, and Prasenjit who made sure my room was spotless every day.

I thought the hotel would be a little more central. There's not much around within walking distance (given there was a heatwave when I visited).

We liked the hospitality, ambience and food. Room was properly equipped with modern amenities, bed was quite comfortable, smart TV was properly working...so everything was nice. We would like to thank the chef and all cooking stuffs for their healthy & tasty food preparation. There was a very good variety in both breakfast and dinner buffet each day. House keeping and all the other stuff were very cordial and welcoming.

Only two things we didn't like. 1. We requested for a room with nice view on upper floor, but the guy named Harsh at the reception provided us the room with NO view and in the lowest floor. This was very disappointing. 2. They did not provide packaged mineral water. We are allergic to local water which got filtered by their machine, so we had to buy and carry the mineral water bottles all the days throughout our stay.

Room, service and food were excellent. Good sports room. The breakfast was great and in addition to Indian meals there were more than enough European style choices available. Last time I stood in the ITC Gardenia hotel nearby, which was almost triple the price of the Welcomhotel. The Welcomhotel is very similar and is in my opinion the much better choice in terms of value for money. A positive surprise was, that two laundry items per night were offered for free. When I booked my sray via bookinhg.com there was only very little extra cost for the half-board package, which I totally recommend to invest. Each room has an iron, which is great for business trips.

Check-out took too long. I shared the company address for the invoice upfront by mail, but they didn't save it. I shared it again upon check-in, but again it was not saved/available when I checked out. So I jad zo share it a third time... No big issue and didn't impact my positive overall impression, but should be improved.

This was my second stay after almost two years. When I compare the two experiences,it is vastly evident that there has been a lot of improvement. Reception was flawless and efficient with friendly and smiling faces under the guidance of Mgr Mr Kush. His team of dedicated, hard working and motivated members made us feel honoured. Ms Naaz took us to our room and briefed us about the property. The F&B section has also shown improvement, be it South Indian cousine under chef Kanthaswamy or hard working motivated Vidya and Archna. F&B Mgr Mr Ranjith manages dining area proficiently. House keeping staff members are always available even at odd hours to meet the requirements. Their untiring dedication and hard work is praiseworthy. Very good location, sweeping views of the city, comfortable beds, good desk arrangement in room. Great staff at hotel reception (Harsh & Bhavya). Adequate breakfast area, nice staff. Great spa treatment and nice little health club and cute pool. The staff at the health club/ spa were great too.

Rooms slightly tired. The hotel was booked up so there was no flexibility with times and rooms, prices were much higher than usual due to same reason.

Overall, the hotel is excellent—clean and secure. The staff is exceptionally kind and friendly, particularly Mr. Sumit Gupta & Mr. Kanishk at the reception, who were very nice and helpful. Thank you for your kind assistance. The room offered all the comforts . The location of the hotel was also good. it was close to church street and MG road that which included shopping and restaurants.

The hotel's breakfast lacked variety, primarily featuring Indian cuisine. For foreigners like us, unable to consume Indian food, the breakfast options were limited. The room offered all the comforts, yet the only issue was the delayed heating of water in the bathroom.

We liked the friendly staff both at the reception and at the café where breakfast was served. We enjoyed too the spa facilities and its professional staff. The spa and swimming pool are small but clean and well equipped. My husband and I enjoyed the massage and facial treatment we took. Breakfast was delicious with a rich buffet and freshly cooked dosa, omelette and fruits. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Room: Large, clean, quiet and comfortable Location: Good, you can safely walk around the area. A few places to get dinner nearby and you can walk to do sightseeing easily. Staff: Brilliant, very friendly Breakfast: Massive selection and very nice, however limited cold drinks (more juices would have been nice) Aircon and Wifi: Both great Pool: Small but nice. It wasn't heated but didn't bother us as we are use to cold water swimming. Price: This place is not cheap, what it offers is as expected for the money but not exceptional.

We found the restaurant and drinks prices expensive so only ate there once (wasn't anything special). We walked down the road to other places for other dinners which did great cheaper food/drinks.

In-room dining was good - the chicken biryani was the best I have had in any place. Staff was courteous and helpful. Quick service at breakfast, in-room dining and reception.

Breakfast in healthy options were limited. Room AC temperature was set too low and was very cold. There was no option for guest to make the changes in the settings and had to call for the staff to set it to a higher temp. Bathroom - bath gel and shampoo should be better.
