Beautiful hotel, excellent service, renovated rooms, great water pressure in the shower, lots of great tasting food options and outdoor space. The newly opened Italian was a surprise...perfect thin crust on our individual pies with A+ service. Shoutout to our server Pansy who had a beautiful smile the entire time. Also shoutout to Muskan at reception who assisted us during check-in/ check-out. The room was newly renovated with Italian marble everywhere. Very cool and trendy decor. Although they are not the largest rooms, the high style and cleanliness, make it a definite winner

The spa and gym were not accessible due to stair repairs. The bathroom would be tight for two, however I was travelling alone. No issues with the size of the shower.

The hotel is in a convenient location, and the rooms are very comfortable and updated. It is kept clean. Food for breakfast was delicious, a good variety of options every day

The only thing to mention is the music from the club across the road, in the night it can be heard if you are staying in the front rooms facing the street however it didn't bother us to much as we were to tired and slept throught it but might bother some people. Corridor/hallways could do with an upgrade to match the upgraded rooms. Also, check-in staff needs to be a bit more clear on confirming checkout times, where things are located, like breakfast and times for breakfast, as we were staying for the first time.

Good hotel near MG Room..Excellent Staff..especially Sandeep and ?Hyati ( Room service) and James in the Dining Room...Room was good..Shower was ok.Good breakfast spread..Free wifi with good reception. Close to lots of shops and opposite to the mall.Auto stand closeby. Excellent hotel for the money. Well definitely stay again if we visit B'lore again.

Nothing much except shower could have had water more hotter than just being like warm. Otherwise no complaints.

Welcoming and smiling stuff. Smooth and quick check in procedure. We got a free room upgrade as part of genius member. The hotel smells nice all the way to the room included. The decor of the room is very modern and well maintained. It even has a recycling bin! The lighting ambiance is perfect. Although it is not a huge room, it is divided tastefully to include a desk and a sitting area. The bed was only a queen size but very comfortable, had three extra pillows and the linens where super clean and beautifully arranged. The floor of our room was made from two types of real stone marble which was matching nicely with the little marble table at the sitting corner. Coffee and tea ☕ amenities where readily available with plenty of free water bottles supplied. The bathroom although a bit small was very well built with all marble and ceramic toilet and sink. It had dissent amenities, sufficient lighting, resizing mirror and a 115V plug for international devices. The level of finishing was very high and the mirrors and shower glass were cleaned and wiped off. Overall VERY happy we stayed there, the staff were exceptional! will definitely come back next time in Bangalore

The electrical fittings are all international although some of them were not fixed properly. The mini bar had a fault with the opening of the door (the cabinetry were a little bit tired with some ware and tare) and did not have too much of a selection although it did include chocolate bars and fresh apple 🍎 The room had slippers but only one and no robes available.

The Park hotel is very aptly located on MG road, which is the center of the city. Public transports access is very easy and convinient. The property is very well managed and the staff is polite and curteous to accomodate guests requests and make the stay very comfortable. I was deligthed to be given my favorite room which i am used to often from staying often at the hotel. The food is good quality, fresh and quick even at late hours in the night. Special mention to Mr.Shiji Anthony who is in charge of Geusts bookings, and Mr.Asif who is managed at the front desk and lobby, they made special efforts for making my stay comfy. Look forward to stayign there again

The gym is very well equipped with most of the things needed, however a suggestion is that it could have some more equipment specially a straight rod pull up bar which is an essential part of a workout.

The stay was really good, the room was good and the terrace was amazing place to chill and unwind. We loved the staff behavior especially the housekeeping staff do an excellent job, namely Salomi(housekeeping), she did clean up our room with a smile and also made sure she gave us a few things we asked for promptly(an extra towel., etc). And there's other staff members too who are an asset to The Park hotel.

IBar, especially the staff there, too damn rude! They should be trained to behave with people! I don't recommend IBar to anyone who's sane. We were asked to pay a cover charge, which we did, after entering we sat on a table and tried to order food and drinks, immediately we were asked by 2 waiters to pay an extra 6k just to sit on that table! (it was a north eastern guy who wore a ponytail with long hair on one side and another lady called Nesha). People like this bring a bad image to a nightclub which is already on a downward spiral. I hope the management takes some action about this. They just messed our whole evening!

Id like how easy the check in process and they gave me free upgrade room. The staff are nice they will feel you are welcome they always smile and check hows my stay in the room. All the housekeeping peeps are always attended on my needs especially Harish. It was a good stay and im so grateful to ecperienced their genuine hospitality. I will be back when Im back in Bangalore

Clean, comfortable room. Pleasant staff, great hospitality. Centrally located. Modestly priced (was happy with discounted rates and upgrade from Booking.com Stone's throw from metro.

The balcony was too small and two over sized chairs with a centre table positioned there. Couldn't make my way to the chairs to sit...... Secondly, one of the plug sockets was non functional resulting in me having to use the kettle on the study table.... Mini bar items and restaurant extremely pricey The common toilets adjacent to resturant on ground floor, it was a massacre. Need more proactive cleaning and upkeep....

My experience disproved some of the bad reviews I read on Google and booking.com about this place. This was a perfectly lovely space to be. We were given a room with balcony and the stay was most memorable. Everything about it was perfect. A red-cheeked bulbul visited our balcony each morning. I could hear the calls and songs of other birds in the morning and the nightlife music from nearby spaces in the night. This made our stay very experiential. Kudos to the space designers - both as the whole hotel and the room too. There were even ecologically sensitive garbage cans.

Probably there can be more sensitivity towards ecological impacts like the toiletries and other things used in the room. A better system to honor the water crisis in the city.

This was a very good choice of hotel to begin our four week trip around southern India. The hotel had a relaxed yet professional atmosphere and all staff were friendly and helpful, clearly wanting us to have an enjoyable experience. The room was exactly as we had requested - quiet and on the top floor. It had a large balcony and the bathroom was well stocked with toiletries and had an excellent shower. There was a good choice of food at breakfast including traditional Indian food, fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt and chefs were on hand to cook omelettes etc. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

It would have been good if there had been some sun loungers around the pool. As there were none we didn’t use this facility.
