Ambience, good and courteous staff.

Their system of billing. They first take the room charges from you saying it as a surety. The amount is deducted from your card. Then they again take the full amount on check out stating the amount taken earlier will be refunded in one day. It is already four days and I have not got the money. This needs to be taken by your seriously otherwise I will never stay there again.

We felt very safe and secure during our stay, making it a perfect choice for families. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable. The staff were incredibly responsive, with special thanks to Keerthi, the F&B Manager, and Sangeeth from F&B service, along with the entire team who assisted me with my lost baggage. Their support was invaluable. I’d like to express my gratitude to the property for making our travel memorable, especially on Christmas Eve. This experience has ensured that this will be our first choice for our upcoming visit.

great location and amenities were great

-The room was a bit smaller than expected / standard hotel room sizes - We had to remind the staff SO many times about the live breakfast counters. On both days we didnt end up getting what we had ordered as they were super delayed/ forgot.. While the buffet is great, the service was very poor for live breakfast counters,.

The breakfast was really awesome. We loved it. The location is also nice because it is walkable to 1MG Lido Mall. The room size was good enough and it was value for the money. The staff was also polite and courteous.

Only the table could have been better in the room because when we had ordered food in the room, they was no space to keep. The bathroom also was really small and health faucet position could have been placed better.

Every thing about the htl was fabulous and the staff was the most impressive. I had fallen sick nd the staff took extra care of me. Kudos to the managers nd the front office, restaurant nd House keeping staff for being hospitable nd their humble nd soft approach towards the guests. Will always recommend HC MG Rd to my other friends cmng to Blr. My wife and daughter totally enjoyed the hospitality nd the food at the hotel.three cheers to the hotel.

The room dimensions were a tad smaller otherwise nothing much to complain.

Cozy rooms, great staff and amazing breakfast buffet! The hotel is at the city centre so it is a wonderful location. We restaurant is open 24/7 so we sat there till late night. The food was delicious. They also have a spa, a pool and a bar. The rooms were clean. The staff was wonderful. I really appreciated the early check in. Thank you. Overall I loved the experience here.

The swimming pool was under maintenance so we couldn’t enjoy a swim. Also we booked a king room with view but the lake view is actually blocked with all the buildings so can’t really see the lake.

Location of the Hotel is good, it is actually in the city centre. Break fast spread was good. Although My dinner was included & due to less occupancy no buffet was served, but they served me well from their set dinner menu and that was enough for me. Aaron deserves a special mention due to his service in the restaurant.

Rooms / washroom are very small. its not at all spacious. Room interiors and the quality is also not as per 5 star standard. Poori in the breakfast was full of oil. But overall it was a nice experience staying at Hyatt centric. Except for the room !!

I think the best part of this property is the staff, particularly the F&B staff. I am sorry I don't remember everyone's names but I will list the ones I remember: Arun, Vijith, Sandhya, Tanmay, Neha. It is not easy to offer service with a smile day in and day out. But that's exactly what I got on all the days of my stay and I am very grateful for the kind attention and care of the staff at the Hyatt Centric. I hope the management treasures them because they make the place memorable.

We had booked twin beds for double occupancy but the beds were pushed up against each other with no room to move them. I found this disappointing and I found the bathroom particularly small.

One of the finest and reasonably priced 5 star hotels I have ever stayed. I am a regular traveller and have stayed at Hilton, Taj and Oberoi group Hotels in India and abroad. Hyatt Cedric in Bengaluru is equally one amongst the best. However, I would'nt make a similar comment of Hyatt Cedric in Kolkata which located in a very narrow street not FIT for HYATT standard.

When guests are coming with children below certain ages, at least there should be a few rooms to accommodate child's without getting hurt. There was a tea table placed in the room, which was low, and our baby got hit twice. There's not much damage, but if taken care of, then the stay will be super awesome.
