I booked a suite room with half board at Radisson for my vacation. All I wanted to do was to just relax, eat and sleep. It was basically a no-plan trip. I reached at midnight, nevertheless, the front desk person was very welcoming, polite and warm and he ensured a hassle free check in. The room was spacious, had a separate living room, bedroom, walk in wardrobe and attached bath. It was spotlessly clean.The window shades were automatic. Even the dust bins were sensor operated. It had a beautiful view of ulsoor lake from the window. The best part was, it was right next to the spa. I took a full body spa there for 90 mins. Such a relaxing massage. I would recommend you to check it out if you have time. The location is great, it's just less than a kilometre away from MG road, one of the most happening places in the city. The breakfast spread was delicious and all the staff were really polite and warm. My friend had a bad cold and I had to request some medication for the same late at night, which was fulfilled in no time. If at all I have to go back to Bengaluru, I am definitely staying there again without a second thought.

There was a bit of a delay in addressing the in room service requests, I hope they will look into it and solve it. Otherwise the stay was smooth.

The Front office Team are extremely customer focused. They focus on details and demonstrate a lot of empathy. Breakfast was a spread that it caters for almost 99.9999999% of people needs. The Sunday Brunch is unique - covers very different kinds of dishes to suit one's taste. The Staff at the restaurant on the first floor connect with customers, the children - going out of the way to ensure we are pampered.

Housekeeping - some few problems with Electrical such as TV and Set top box. It was a problem in more than 1 room. Not a big issue at all since it was rectified as soon as we informed them. We do feel the Housekeeping team do respond promptly so that is something we appreciated.

The location of this hotel was ideal for me as it was close to my customers offices. Staff and facilities were all of a very high standard. In particular the restaurant staff were very helpful and attentive and worked to a very high level of customer care. The breakfast was excellent offering a wide variety of food which had been prepared to a very high standard. The room itself was clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean and had an open shower which was very good. The fitness suite was again well-equipped with treadmills and upper/lower body exercise machines.

Two points... the bathroom, despite being clean, suffered from a strong sewer smell from the sink plug-hole which I tried to mask out by running the tap whilst I was in there. Secondly, the TV streaming box wouldn't work so after reporting this to reception they said someone would sort it out, but nobody did. I was a bit disappointed at this but considering this was my base for work, I had plenty to keep me occupied.

Very good breakfast

Nice central location, People and service has been amazing especially for my kids. Everyone took great care of my kids. Shoutout to Faraz who was especially kind at the restaurant and Poushali and Sagar at breakfast. I even had someone from the front desk teaching my 6 year old how to play table tennis. Food was also quite good.

The bathroom door cannot be locked which can be embarrassing if you have kids staying with you. The pool was also very cold in the mornings. A heated pool would have been much appreciated.

Comfortable room, good breakfast with wide selection, very friendly/helpful staff. Large room - we had a suite. Location - close enough to everything but quiet.

Tech in room is a bit out of date (eg lighting controls). Follow through on some of our selections on checkin - eg we were asked to complete a preferences card for what kind of fruit we wanted - we never got any. Pool area undergoing a bit of renovation and lacks enough loungers 4 in total only 2 with cushions). Clean, but approaching refit time.

Very friendly, accommodative, and patient staff. Lovely room layout for work and leisure. Easy to use and comfortable amount of gadgets. The super touch is soaked almonds .... I think you guys nailed it on the hospitality. Kudos to the thinker and the execution team .... Love staying there.... my second home ... wish it were a little more affordable then I would move in 😜😀😀😜

This was a great property and close to the metro. Service was exceptional, the staff went out of their way to be helpful. I was traveling for business and had a chaotic schedule but the manager was very helpful in helping me sort out dates and accomodation. The on-site facilities were great. Restaurant was very good and the service was excellent. I also treated myself to a spa treatment that was very relaxing. Certainly will stay here again on my next business trip.

There wasn't really anything I could fault!

I stayed at other hotels in other cities and quickly realized with many small things the thought that had been put into all the things in the room at Radisson. It made me think of people who travel for extended periods and I could see how almost everything one would need had been thought of and available in the room - I was very impressed! The room as well as furnishings were all well maintained and clean. Staff were all super friendly & helpful. I also absolutely loved the variety and quality of food available during breakfast!

The staff were very courteous and very willing to make our stay very comfortable. We interacted with Vindi, Vincy and Khusbu on numerous occasions and ensured that we didn’t face any issues/concerns. The housekeeping staff were very polite and helpful too. We look forward to visiting in future again as my family had a pleasant stay and my son enjoyed the rocking bed in our room 7018

The bathroom and toilet seems a little cramped.
