Courteous staff at Justa MG—very kind and helpful! 🙌 Late check-in was accommodated smoothly. The property is conveniently located near Trinity Metro Station on MG Road. Though the room was compact, the service was excellent. Perfect location with easy access to MG Road! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Photos of the room were not accurate; the sofa was not available. and bit compact. Little mosquitos were there. However, they provided a solution for it.

The housekeeping staff were amazing. They made our stay very comfortable and homey. 5 stars to them

When I reached the hotel - my room was not reserved. I reached quite late from Malaysia and was tired. They didn’t seem to know what to do. After some messing around I was relocated to another of their properties about 1 km away for the night. I paid the Auto to get there. The manager at this property followed up with me the next morning and organised to get me back to MG road property. I did call your customer service Centre, and I’m sorry to say they were not helpful at all. It all worked out, they upgraded my room. BUT arriving after a long international flight I did not go to hear that the hotel was full and my booking was not registered. Very disappointing.

What we like about it was we got an early check in. And they couldn't of been more helpful. We had bicycles and they stored them and help us with washing them etc.

location value for money good staffs my family enjoyed the stay ... n metro access was just so close n was convenient for us..

everything was good but we felt they must have placed 1 mirror was dressing in the room .. mirror was only in the bathroom .. rest all was ok.. I want the management to place a dressing table with mirror inside the room ...

Great breakfast served hot, enjoy the stay whenever I travel to Bangalore. Fantastic location, well connected and proximity to Metro station is a bonus. Strongly recommend business travelers to stay here.

The location was amazing and the hotel facilities were just on point. The room was not spacious but accomodative enough even for 3 people.

Sometime the room could feel little claustrophobic since the natural light coming in was very less.

Small hotel with helpful and friendly staff. On a side street that is quite and easy to access. Close to interesting shopping strip.

Need to improve: Room Lighting, specifically if you need to work. An orientation for using the electronic key. ( Something specific that you need to hold yr key in perpendicular against the sensor)

property is very clean and tidy.Staff is very cooperative and humble. staff took all the need of we senior citizens of 70+ ag. Nice ambience and centrally located and best staff assistance and support. Brek fast and food is nice and very tasty.
